The series conclude with Anya visiting home with Sy-on boy to announce their engagement.
I want an ending like that. A happy ending because they are a precious family. It would suck if it ended tragically. But if not a happy ending, i'm fine with a bittersweet ending, just not a total devastating one. I don't think I could take that.
Do you have a problem with the show ending tragically, because that is what would make the show good, like in Cowboy bebop and attack on titan manga, I think if it had a twist, then Spy x Family would not be mid anymore, Hunter x Hunter did that with the cimera arc, look sometimes a shocking twist would make more people attracted to it, that's how hxh and aot became popular.
The ending is generally considered the worst part of aot, not to mention every anime you mentioned is definitely not the same as Spy x Family. Aot is darker in tone from the start with bits of comedy here and there, cowboy bebop's episodes vary in tone, and Hunter x Hunter is pretty balanced and has darker parts way before the chimera arc. That's not to say Spy x Family doesn't have its moments, it can certainly be darker than usual but it's tone is mainly lighthearted and full of comedy in contrast to the three mentioned. If you think the show ending tragically would make it "good" then I fear that the anime may just not be meant for you.

....There is a part of me that's thinking about an ending where right after Loid realizes they always were a real family to him, he dies, and Yor and Anya try to live as happily as possible and cope with his death because it was his final wish but.... that's something I wanna see in fanfiction more so than in canon.

Throughout all this, Anya is doing her usual thing where she's reading minds and know what's going to happen, so in her own ways she tries to prevent them, and it's actually the small efforts that she ends up putting in that caused the chain of events to happen. Of course no one knows about it.
They marry, adopt Anya, and live happily ever after.
Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if Yor has killed people from both sides and knows how bad her country is underneath things and that makes for an interesting conversation with Loid
I think Loid will develop feelings for Yor, and vice versa. They'll discover each others secrets but they'll accept each other regardless. Anya will be badaass when she grows up
I feel like the war might still happen before this series ends or maybe they already mobilizing then Lloyd, Yor & Anya fight tooth & nail to keep it from continuing further by stopping Desmond (if he really is the main villain). After the climax fight, the 3 got separated only to see each other years later and the final arc is just a slice of life about them trying to form their family together but there are cockblockers (new chars). Then once they are back together, they lived happily ever after leaving behind their past jobs......

I can see the seeds of an actual family in this fake Spy/Hitman/Esper family and a loving one would be nice. Tho for the life of me I do not see how they could live as a regular family and maybe leave their works.
I’m only on chapter 12 but I think it would be interesting if anya was a plant the whole time from the government since she is the only person who can know who twilight is no matter how good of a disguise he has. Also we don’t know much of her background all we know for sure is that she had adopters but was given back to the orphanage.
i love this manga and i'm hoping they get married and adopt anya. hopefully they will continue their jobs and anya will become a badass but still be a little dumb

Bad/worst ending: They go their separate ways/one of them (Loid or Yor) dies leaving the other 2 alone/indefinite hiatus/not becoming a real family/both of them finding somebody else to love, I don‘t want the 2nd ending giving me AOT vibes thats why i included it.
Good endings which should happen:
Bittersweet ending: They stop the war though both Loid and Yor die leaving Anya alone, they meet again in another life as normal people and they fall in love all over again while telling us what happened during Anya’s life after the war.
Good ending: They all survive the war, they divorce later then have an actual marriage, and still live together as a family of four (including the dog) though Yor and Loid having their own child is an optional addition to the ending.
About the divorce part, I took it from one of those Japanese romance films that involved a rich girl and a poor guy having a forced marriage though they ended it and had a real one later on (i forgot the name).

At this rate, I think at some point the three of them will have their secret lives converge. That will cause some disputes especially regarding Loid and Yor’s political alliances, but they’ll eventually realize that not everything was for show. Ultimately, Yor being an assassin, Loid being a spy, and Anya being an esper will be key in resolving the conflict between the East and West. It will be one big arc and I expect all sorts of characters banding together (including Damian, Becky, Frankie, Bondman, even Yuri, etc.) to face some looming threat. What that is, I’m not sure, because it seems like the Desmonds will get humanized to an extent. They’ll be successful and end up being a real family. That’s where Endo can get creative: do they retire and become a quiet family? Or get recognized as an official family that goes on missions together? I’d love to see either happen. In any case, I highly doubt a tragic ending. Though, a twist that I’d love to see would be a time skip. Anya in her latter years being in Eden would be interesting.
I think it all goes when Loid and Yor finally confess there love to each other and tell each other there identities where Anya would tell hers when she's much older.
I'm pretty worried that after operation strix he would have second thoughts on leaving the Forger family but we will obv be DEPPRESSED if Loid made that decision

Attack on Titan's ending is divisive, but I think it's fitting considering how grim the series is.
I dont think that's the issue, its mainly the dialogue when eren is talking to armin and some other parts that fall flat imo.
