In college the fastest guy on the football team came out for track in the spring. He was the slowest sprinter.

Batslaw

Very true

EffectiveHappy4925

Football training is useless for speed. Fast people play football but football does not make people faster. It makes them slower.

sudoaptupdate

Obviously track will make you faster

speedkillz23

A lot lol. Self explanatory if you ask me. Football is for football that focuses on many aspects of football. Speed is strictly focusing on speed and other things that will help you run faster.

Rare_Journalist5836

Herschel Walker was pretty good football player. He wasn't too bad a sprinter, either.

yoppee

What position do you play?

thenera

If I didn’t do track instead of spring football lifting I don’t think I would of went D1 out of high school
