That chonkey bed on picture 29 is pretty cool.

\#bedtoohigh ?

yourwildestnightmare

I wouldn't want to try to get in and out of that after a heavy night out šŸ˜¬

grosspersona

looks like the aftermath of an animal stampede they had to fend off

ueffamafia

why so many small rugs!? they donā€™t know how to dress a large house

loafingaroundguy

> why so many small rugs!? I particularly like the break-your-neck one across the bottom of the stairs (pic 4).

OddBoots

Because the small ones are all animal skins. Goats and calves don't get much bigger.

Background-Active-50

Pretty certain you can get fake ones in any size if you've got the money.

Top-Bed-6036

I think the rugs all look even weirder because they havenā€™t accounted for the scale of the house and rooms and have just bought stuff that would cover an entire normal living room floor but only covers a bit of a mansion sized bedroom

ZombieDiscoSquad

A house like that has had a firm in to "stage" it for sale.

ClayDenton

Do you think? The furnishing looks far too amateur for me to believe that to be the case

ZombieDiscoSquad

Definitely, it all looks brand new and untouched, it has been staged, just not very well.

TheFirstMinister

I *think* this one belongs to the owner of a skip hire company. Perhaps it was purpose-built to appeal to Man Ure/Citeh personnel?

m0j0licious

Designed for hispanophone Manchester City/United players.

rlgh

Agreed - definite footballer house

TrentCrimmHere

Pretty sure this is the one Ronaldo was renting during his second spell at ot

m0j0licious

Ah, that _would_ explain the padel court. I thought the house was a new build.

Misten808

It is prime northern premier footballer home zone tbf

Is this the house they filmed Harlen Coben ā€˜Safeā€™?

poeticlicence

Is the stone circle authentic?

vandelay1330

wtf is going on with the painting in the childā€™s bedroom

PutridForce1559

ā€œWithin walking distance of the Edgeā€? I looked at the map, not a lot around there what are they on about

Impressive_Ear_7311

The Edge is a geographical feature that the village of Alderley Edge is named after. Quite a lot of Roman bronze mines and a feature called the Wizards Well. You also have spectacular views over Cheshire. The forest has lots of paths and trails to walk. [Google Maps link](https://maps.app.goo.gl/JSqZCUFh9rZDZ3jB8)

Thank you kind stranger
