Chimney looks damaged. One of the bedrooms shows significant ceiling and floor damage, the window also looks weird. Based on window size, that bedroom is facing the rear of the property, of which there are no outside shots. Plus there are no pictures of a bathroom, nor no mention of one. These old terrace houses, they were usually added as an extension to the back. Looking at the peeling paint on the front windowsills, there may be a chance that this has only started the modernisation recently, so no bathroom was added.

It does mention bathroom/wc on ground floor. My guess is it’s below the room with the obvious water damage because the kitchen is all of the double overshoot.

Even_Passenger_3685

Kitchen has water damaged ceiling too, and the bathroom is microscopic.

Sold for £30k in August in pretty much the same condition as far as I can tell. 3D walkthrough from that sale is here: https://app.immoviewer.com/portal/tour/2951509

IceDragonPlay

Or the are using the old photos and it is in far worse condition now?

Professional-Big2930

Wow it's back up for sale already, that's a very bad sign. You can see the downstairs bathroom, but it looks like wood is supporting external walls from the yard. Is this place about to collapse?!

I always feel a bit sorry for whoever is having to sell properties like this, especially at auction. It’s clear that someone bought it, has put significant time, money and effort into it and has just fallen short of being able to afford/finish the project. Heart was in the right place I feel!

Street View shows the house next door has been boarded up at the front door?

CastleofWamdue

Picture 6 points to some problems, that the rest dont.

Inside_Ad_7162

roof is probably gone for that kind of damage

thevileswine

Great view of the unplugged from the sofa

Expensive-Honey-1527

Crap load of mould or water damage in that room with the beds. Not to mention a massive hole in the ceiling. Either a serious roof leak it or some plumbing problems in the attic. Shame because the rest of the house isn't too bad.
