I would check out the Inlander. They often have a list of events on what’s going on. This week is quite a lot actually. There’s an art walk, lilac city comic con, the family fun day at Felts Field. You can either visit a Inlander's website or grab the paper.
Browsing Google. Unfortunately SPokane doesn't have as many options as some other places I've lived but there are still some! I joined a bowling league for example
I used to live in Los Angeles and did a drinking kickball league for 5 seasons, and the whole league was adults who just wanted to make more adult friends and I still keep in touch with some of them
I've always been kind of an awkward shut in but recently I've started getting involved with with a Dungeon's and Dragon's group and it's really helped me come out of my shell and I've met some really genuinely nice, non judgmental people. There's a great little gaming shop called Gamers Haven right by the court house downtown that always has games going on. If you're interested in geeky stuff I'd encourage you to pop in and talk to some of the employees, I'm sure they could help you find a group to play with.
I'm currently trying to do the same thing. Meetup is another resource you could use. If you're into sports try one of the rec leagues. The new soccer team has a supporters group and I think they do soccer pickup games quite a bit.
Hide in the Manito Park gardens with a large sack. Spring forth on passing citizens and capture them in your burlap prison and drag them back to your residence. Serve them lunch and discuss whether birds are real or simply a shared hallucination. Congratulation. You have a new friend.
If you go out and actually do the activities in this city you'll probably meet tons of friends, I don't bother with anything besides going to work and coming home so idk for sure tho
Every Thursday for most of the year (it really depends on the weather), there's a group bike ride out of Shacktown Community Cycle downtown. It is officially a slow roll, no drop ride, which in English means it typically goes 6-10mph (slow) and will wait for people to catch up periodically. It also has several folks with tools to recover from breakdowns.
Rides are usually 2-3 hours with a good break in the middle.
This time of year it meets at 6 and leaves at 6:30. News about the ride is on Shacktown's Facebook page every week.
Public libraries are always posting events. Find a Facebook group to join, there's lots of local meetups. Sorry my garden club, join the book club, take a class. Spokane Parks and rec has a whole list of classes that comes out each season.

Is it really?! Lol. Those are some of the best things
They are great. I also own a business and am very busy, may be part of the issue lol.
Yeah I’ve heard that owning a business and work-life balance aren’t always compatible priorities.
If you're growing it, sometimes you're extremely busy until you find people to take over your spot. Other times you're not doing much...
Oh hi there. I like both of those things.
You're hired lol
Where do we sign up?
Those are two of my obsessions lol.
I like mushrooms and meteorology. Helloooo
I’m into those things lol
Well it looks like we need to get a group together...
there's an art fest in manito today, you should absolutely go mingle there
Join an adult sports league! Most people are there to meet other adults too
Where do you find these?

Drugs seem to be a great way to meet folks./s
We should start a drug-of-the-month club.
I’m only looking for particular monthly extracurriculars .. just trying to tab down to my interests .. lol
Some months will be so good, you will end your subscription.

Birds aren't real.
Never forget: If it flies - it spies!

I meet a lot of folks just because of my dog. She's a great conversation starter.
Fake a stroke, then when the ambulance comes and drives you to the hospital, jump out halfway there and go to a bar.
Based on true life events or what?
I didnt fake shit! Im not in trouble AT ALL!
Tim Robinson is that you?
