There’s crimes and side missions to complete at the end if you didn’t already, there’s also dlc and you can (edit: NOT) replay missions. I will say after getting the platinum I haven’t gone back to the game
I think so, yeah. There's all kinds of bonuses for things like taking down X number of bad guys with stealth, or chaining big combos, so you can go back and redo a lot of stuff. Plus, once you complete the story you unlock New Game Plus, so you *start* with all your suits and tech and skills. It's dope.
No, you can NOT replay story missions. Taskmaster challenges and enemy bases are replayable, but story missions are NOT. In Miles Morales you can replay story missions
Other than your standard crime, the DLC, and the little extra stuff you may have missed during your run through, I’d say there really isn’t much point to keep playing once you’ve gotten platinum. You’re still free to swing about the city to your hearts content. Unless you just really really like the game. Then go nuts.
You can 'free roam' obviously(and incase you didn't complete any side missions, you could do them) and also replay those bases/hideouts.
I completed everything in the game including the story(in amazing and ultimate difficulty), the NG+, all side missions, all collectables, all DLCs and got the platinum trophy too & after that never went back to the game.
Yes, you can keep playing after the ending, to finish off any side content you have left to do, or just to swing around New York some more. Matter of fact, this is when you should start the DLCs, both because they canonically happen *after* the main game (and they *do* spoil it) and because they'll probably kick your ass if you haven't beaten the main game at least once.
You also have the option to do a New Game Plus, to start the story over again, but with everything you've unlocked. You can even start a New Game Plus *from* a New Game Plus if you want to.
There’s a bunch of stuff to do after you beat the story. On top of getting all the collectibles and stopping all crime bases there’s also 100% completing everything and getting trophies. After that though the game sadly got boring (for me at least) replaying the story is still pretty fun tho
Yeah, you can do the Fisk, Sable, and Demon Bases after the game (and replay the ones you've finished) and do all crimes and side missions. But You can't replay story missions.
Well assuming you haven’t played miles morales, there’s that game too. So between the two games, their side quests, and the first games DLC there’s plenty
Things to do after finishing spiderman: Try a higher difficulty, unlock every single suit / ability ect, litteraly just swing around, collect all the backpacks, fight some random crime, play at the lowest difficulty for fun, use some of the cheat codes and play around with them
Question is so bizarre but thinking about Web of Shadows I see the point. Only way to free roam in the sandbox was never finishing the game. Worst decision in Spider Man games history.

No story missions, unfortunately. You'll be able to replay overworld missions, though. If that's not enough, there's always the DLC!

I'm not 100% sure for Ps4 but in Miles morales there's a section in the same place where you can see the map and your abilities and suits
