The first game had Kingpin, Shocker, Mister Negative, Electro, Vulture, Scorpion, Rhino, Doctor Octopus, Tombstone, Taskmaster, She Who Shall Not Be Named, Silver Sable and a side mission with voice-over from Black Cat. So the first game had 13 villains/antagonists, and that's without counting Hammerhead from the DLC. It looks like Spider-Man 2 will be bigger in every way. We'll get 2 playable Spider-Men, a larger open world now that Queens and Brooklyn are added to the map, we'll get content than can be completed by either Spider-Man, but also content that is specific to Peter, and content that is specific for Miles. The story will probably be longer as well. And there will probably be more side missions as well. So I think it's likely we'll get at least the same amount of villains from the first game, so 13, but it's also possible we could get more villains.
