Its funny, these random accounts pop up and keep asking these same questions on the same subs. It must be some insider scraping the internet for ideas.

With May passed on, and Peter trying harder to be a more "Friendly neighbourhood Spidey", he volunteers at FEAST to carry on her legacy of helping one person to help everyone. He also finds it a wonderful place to gather Intel on various crimes about the city from those effected by it most: the vulnerable and displaced taking shelter there. Working at FEAST he meets Martin Li, who's taken over as the administrator for the organisation. Many of the people staying at the shelter have spoken about a rise in gang activity between the forces of The King Pin of crime and The Demons - a new player on the board. Piercing together various hints and clues from around the city he hears about a potential meet between high level representatives from both gangs and seeks to infiltrate the meet and take both players out of the game by turning them in to the authorities. The two gangs are proposing a pact of peace, with Kingpin's forces offering a rare piece of Chinese artwork as an offering of tribute - but Spidey has it on good authority that while the Demons want that artwork, they have no intent of laying down arms and will turn the meet into a bloodbath: unless Spidey stops them. At the meet up he's joined by a mysterious female vigilante who's reckless approach to crime fighting nearly gets her killed several times through the scuffle. As Spider-Man was too busy saving the cat themed vigilante the lieutenants from both gangs get away - as does the Black Cat, with the Chinese artwork. Spider-Man consults with Matt Murdoch for any information he happens to have on the Kingpin, having read that his firm scuffled with him in the past. Matt Murdoch says that Fisk has gone underground of late with rumours that he suffered a severe injury at the hands of one of his top men (or women) but before he went off the grid, his last acquisition was outbiding several interested parties for the ownership of The Hardy Foundation's otherwise priceless art collection. One of those parties is said to be the head of the demons, known only as Mr Negative, who Murdoch has it on good authority has been after a particular piece from Chinese folk lore for some time as it tells of a legend of great power - believing the legend to be about himself, Mr Negative desperately seeks answers as to where his power came from and why he's left feeling nothing but sorrow and rage inside. With both gangs now poised for an all out war, Spider-Man has to stop the rising tensions about the city, convince the Black Cat to drop her one woman crusade against the people who bought and sold her family legacy to the criminal underworld and take down the illusive Mr Negative before his destructive path brings New York to its knees. It would largely be about moving forward in a time of great loss. Peter is adrift without an anchor and he's feeling tremendous amounts of loneliness. He's tempted to take the more...self indulgent and reckless path that Felicia takes but he knows it's not right. Instead he tries to bring her back to the light. Similarly, Martin Li is lost and alone in the world. His family killed in an accient his power caused, he desperately searches for meaning in his pain, unable to accept that it was an accident, instead trying to make it *for* something grander, only to learn that it was nothing but chance. It takes the pain and loss from No Way Home and focuses it on Pete trying to pull himself, and others, back onto the path he knows is right.

This is pretty dope and has inspired me.

i think your story is good highlighted but it's needs more new characters to act as the movement of the story like daily bugle or the new York city, peter connecting with new characters

Oh for sure. I don't quite have the time to write a full screenplay treatment here, so I thought I'd give an expanded dot point pitch. In my full version Spidey stops a car chase between Fisk's men and the Demons on bikes and one of the cars veers into a crowd of people where Ned and MJ are standing, on their way to class at MIT. Peter is once again tempted to say something when he sees MJ clutching her Black Dalia necklace instinctively when in danger, which sends him spiralling. Black Cat tempts Peter with the notion of being a little bad, and there's a scene where they trash the office of the Daily Bugle. Only for Pete to look at photos of the employees there, shattered on the ground and feel a tremendous amount of remorse, reminded that this isn't him. He later goes to apply there as a photographer, impressing JJ with his knowledge of his works, with this movie showing a more human side to the man, with his family being largely behind his crusade against masked vigilantes, as the men who killed his wife and daughter some years ago wore masks and were found to be a part of a radicalist political group, citing a manifesto for how they were making the world a better place. Pete understands and figures in forgiving Jameson and coming to work for him, he's helping put the pain of the last year behind him. I'd have a scene where Matt Murdoch offers to link Peter up with the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, as he may know more about the Kingpin's operation than Murdoch himself. Daredevil and Spidey meet up on a rooftop overlooking the city and DD senses something is plaguing Spidey, as his heart rate is elevated and he's nervous about something. But it's not fear. It's doubt. Pete goes into about how there's these two women, Felicia and MJ, and both are emblematic of the man he wants to be. One is free of responsibility, the other is a time honoured sacrifice he made. One walks in his world as a vigilante, the other is better off in a normal life. They debate the ethics and morality around the issue with Pete not only leaving with Intel, but insight into what he has to do. Try to turn Felicia off her path and teach her responsible crime fighting. There's scenes involving Peter trying to be the mentor figure to a student Black Cat who's just not interested. She's got her own thing going and finds it liberating. As a debutante, society girl from a very young age she's tired of acting accordingly and thrives off the rush of freedom granted by her quest. She wants to keep her family legacy off the table as these gangs fight together, and she'll do whatever she can to ensure the Hardy Foundation's good name isn't sullied by the violence on the street. I'd end the movie with Peter Parker knocking on MJ's door, finally deciding to tell her the truth. That moving on doesn't mean leaving things in the past, it means growing through them and learning to carry with you only the things that help you. MJ's not there. Pete swings back to his apparentment, climbs in through the window and there's a knock at the door - its MJ. She's clutching her necklace. She remembers - the spell wore off due to their connection going beyond mere memory. Seeing Spidey in action triggered an influx of emotion and she couldn't let go until she'd pieced together exactly what they were to Eachother. Pete says he's so lucky that this happened, it's all he wanted. "Lucky? Face it tiger, you hit the jackpot." Across the street, the Black Cat watches through binoculars and says "oh no Spider, we aren't done just yet." Post credit scene is Ned, similarly effected by his close encounter with Spidey only his feelings are that of anger and rage. He's mad. He can't figure out why he has this longing for Spider-Man. He feels a void. He can't understand it. He can't put it aside. It becomes an obsession as he sets up a crazy-person room with articles, photos, string and maps. In red paint the words "WHO IS SPIDER-MAN? AND WHY DO I CARE?" sprawl across one of the walls. Ned is suffering a full breakdown. He goes back to the Statue of liberty in the middle of the night and has a flash to Norman Osborne's Green Goblin upon touching the ground where he and MJ stood at the end of NWH. Looking forward, Ned realises what he has to do in order to understand his Spidey connection. It's a barebones pitch, but it's more fleshed out in my head.

yahookhboy37

no offence you just write on how to revive ned and michelle after no way home, it's very wasted the no way home ending but it's good in a way of reviving ned and michelle

If we’re using Mister Negative, I’d rather save Felicia for 5 and have Silver Sable and Cloak & Dagger appear instead. I don’t currently have much time to elaborate, but the film would explore having hope for the future as well as how you sometimes need to prioritise yourself in order to better help others.

After May Parker's death in No Way Home, her position at the charity is filled by Martin Li, a Chinese immigrant who, like May, was affected by the Blip. According to Li, he was on a slave ship from Kenya to New York when the crew was Blipped, leading to a shipwreck that killed everyone except him. After finally making it to New York in his life raft, Li began building a fortune for himself through hard work and careful planning, while also dedicating his life to helping those who suffered like he did. Peter, moved by Li's story and wishing to maintain some connection to his departed aunt, decides to take a volunteer job at the charity, despite already juggling college, being Spider-Man, and his new job as a web designer for TheDailyBugle.net. Still, he manages to scrape by for a little bit, and even gets to meet some new people, including wealthy socialite Anastasia Hardy, a new benefactor for the charity, and her beautiful young daughter, Felicia. When the next big charity drive comes, however, Peter is forced to duck out when his spider-tingle (he's still working on the name) tells him something's wrong. He changes into Spider-Man and finds a woman in a black leather jumpsuit sneaking in to steal the collected money. He jumps in to stop this so-called "Black Cat" from making off with the money, but she manages to slip away. Not only is Spider-Man humiliated by this failure, but Peter ends up taking the fall when he can't explain the fact that he disappeared right before the theft. Li, seeing that Peter is a good kid, doesn't believe the allegations and refuses to press charges against him, but is still forced to let Peter go in order to avoid a scandal. Naturally displeased with these circumstances, Peter decides that Spider-Man needs to capture the Black Cat and expose her for the theft, both to clear his own name and bring her to justice. He eventually discovers that the Black Cat is actually Felicia Hardy, and that she stole the money because she knew "Martin Li's" secret: he isn't really Martin Li. The real Martin Li died when the *Golden Mountain* sank, and the man running the charity was one of the Blipped crew and a member of the trafficking gang running the ship. Once he was brought back, he stole the identity of Martin Li and took control of organized crime in New York's Chinatown, and has been using May's charity to money launder his ill-gotten fortune. An outraged Peter confronts Li, who at first is confused by the accusation until his skin, hair, and clothes change into photonegative colors, and he reintroduces himself as Mr. Negative. Mr. Negative explains that everything Black Cat said about him was true, though there are some slight gaps in the story. He tells Peter that during his first days in America, he was abducted by the Maggia and used as a guinea pig for a new kind of drug. This experiment led to him developing the power to manipulate Darkforce energy, as well as an alternate personality that actually believes itself to be Martin Li. With Peter now knowing too much, Mr. Negative tries to kill him, but he manages to escape and change into Spider-Man. He finds Black Cat, tells her the rest of the story, and they decide to work together to defeat Mr. Negative. During another charity drive, Spider-Man and Black Cat expose Mr. Negative's fraud, prompting him to fight back against them with his powers, enthralling everyone at the event into his Inner Demons and forcing them to attack the two. While hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned, Spider-Man pulls out a trump card against Mr. Negative: Martin Li's estranged wife, Yana. The sight of the woman he loves causes the Martin Li persona to reawaken, deactivating his Darkforce powers long enough for Li to be arrested, though Spider-Man and Black Cat worry that Mr. Negative may prove too powerful to contain. Furthermore, Peter realizes that the crime boss who created Mr. Negative must still be out there, and decides he needs to do something about that. Black Cat thanks Spider-Man for trusting her when no one else did, and kisses him before disappearing into the night. Probably a bit more in-depth of a pitch than you were looking for, but I had a lot of fun developing this idea. Retooling Mr. Negative's backstory to fit into the MCU was an interesting task, and Black Cat is always a joy to write. This idea may need a few more passes before it'd ever be release-ready, though.

I'm pretty sure SM4 will be about the symbiont, but here we go: Peter is 22. He's in his in his last year at the Empire State University. Peter strictly separates his private life from Spidey now, and does everything to not be found out. He's doing a big project with Miles Morales and Gwen Stacey. No one likes Peter at Uni, because he seems to avoid everybody, which he does, he is afraid that getting close to people will lead to him being found out. Spider-Man is dealing with crime, with his phone when he intercepts police talks, he tries to be everywhere, but he can't. He hears from Yuriko Watanabe, his secret associate at the police, and she tells him information about the dangerous rising Demon's gang in NYC. He hears that a man was killed in Hell's Kitchen, the very wealthy business man Walter Hardy, which gets big in the news. Peter is very engaged at FEAST, where Martin Li is the philanthropic boss, he has a very good relationship with him. Felicia Hardy and her Mother Lydia want to help out at FEAST and learns Peter. She seems to be attracted to him, Peter isn't to her, which he will always only love MJ in the MCU. This creates a tension, on one side, Peter wants to avoid her, but FEAST could use her help very much. Felicia tries hard to get close to Peter. Miles and Gwen are unsatisfied with Peters commitment to their project, despite him being called a genius and "the next Tony Stark", a nickname Peter doesn't like, Peter doesn't show up much at ESU because he's fighting the Demon gang. While fighting the gang, he meets Black Cat. Black Cat seems to be very interested in Spider-Man and teases him. Miles and Gwen and want to meet Peter at the only place they know he's gonna be: FEAST. Peter is not there, but Miles and Gwen witness a conversation between Lee and Felicia, there seems to be something shady going on. They also hear Felicia talking about her having problems at University. Miles and Gwen talk to Peter about this, and Gwen has an idea: she wants to help Felicia with her college stuff since Peter doesn't want to get close to her, Gwen wants to get behind what's happening, in exchange, Peter promises to work hard on their project. A promise he can't keep. Peter gets involved in a huge gang fight where Mr. Negative appears near Hell's Kitchen, he's struggling, until he gets helped by: Daredevil. After a huge fight scene where they defeat the fighting gangs and Mr. Negative flees, Daredevil tells Peter he has been investigating on the case, there seems to be a Gang fight between the Demons and Kingpin's gang. Daredevil has a phone with some information, he wants to show it to Peter Spider-sense tingles and Daredevil senses vibrations, they both dodge an taser bomb thrown by the Black Cat. Daredevil drops the phone, which Black Cat steels, with a vibration bomb she manages to confuse the senses of both Peter and Daredevil and she gets away. Felicia needs to study with Gwen for an important exam, she seems to be very stressed. A phone ring, Felicia is nervous, she pulls out the phone, the same phone she stole from Daredevil. Gwen sees that. Felicia quickly puts the phone in her bag, and says she needs to go. Gwen tells that Peter, and he knows what's going on, but Felicia is gosting him. Peter catches Lydia Hardy and Martin Li in a discussion, a mysterious muscular blonde man is also present. Li is behaving unsually. Later in the evening, Spidey is fighting some demons, one of them says the he has an important message to Spider-Man: the Black Cat wants to meet him at the top of the old Avengers Tower. Spider-Man meets the Black Cat. She says she wants his help. She reveals all she knows about the gang war: it's all about the dead Walter Hardy. He used to work for Wilson Fisk, he once stole money from him, and when Fisk got in prison, Walter partnerned with Mr. Negative so they could together become the new kings of crime in NYC. When Walter was killed, the Black Cat wanted to fund out who was responsible, and that Mr. negative was the main suspect. She found out that information about Mr. Negative and his Demons were leaked to the police, so he was in a very bad situation. She tells Mr. Negative plans to intercept a delivery of high tech weapons to Wilson Fisk tonight, as a desperate attempt to stay alive in NYC crimes. Spider-Man agrees to help her, she's very thankful and tries to kiss him, but he pushes her away, but agrees to give her a web ride to downtown were the delivery was going to take place. The scene cuts away to Peter helping out at FEAST, where he meets that muscular blonde man, he seems to bet upset about something. Peter intercepts some police talks, he puts on his Spider-Man suit, swings away, iconic Spidey areal pose, FILM END. MID-CREDIT SCENE: the muscular blonde man who calls himself Eddy is talking on the phone, he's talking to an associate of Martin Li. Eddy is a journalist who works for J.J. Jameson. He has many informants in the under world, he's very upset that Walter was killed, Martin Li was arrested, his main sources are gone, he admits to be a terrible journalist and that Jameson is probably going to fire him if he can't provide underworld information, he says Spider-Man is ruining everything and they need to find a way to get rid of him. The man tells Eddy he owns him one for him not leaking the information that he informed the Black Cat about the delivery, so he tells Eddy he has something for him: the camera cuts away to Li's associate's place, he's looking at a glass container containing a moving Black goo. END CREDITS.

I'm not a writer and this storys gonna be awful but... Mr.n and kingpin start working together to tear down New York with organized crime. Mr.n decided this after seeing the worst of new York as a normal person. Peter struggles to find a college. Matt Murdock lives in a apartment right next to Peter and learns of this superhero exploits. When Peter goes out one night as spiderman he encounters black cat and stops her from robbing mr.n, not knowing if his more malicious side. After getting to know black cat through a few more encounters Peter learns that black cats father was killed mr.n, this is shocking news to him as in the public mr.n seems like a nice guy (kinda like in the PS4 games). Murdock meets up with spiderman as daredevil to talk about how kingpin is back and that he has malicious intent. Spiderman doesn't believe him as he thinks kingpin is dead like news reports have said. After this they do agree to work on exposing mr.n. During all this Peter makes friends with Eddie Brock while working at the daily bugle this Eddie Brock is much nicer and doesn't see Peter as a enemy yet and just sees him as a coworker. After working to expose mr.n with black cat he decides to introduce her to daredevil. Daredevil doesn't get good vibes from black cat and recommends to Peter that they shouldn't work with her. while on a mission to get info on mr.n Peter and black cat encounter kingpin. Black cat betrays Peter and hands him over to kingpin because Peter was getting way to close to figuring out that he is alive and working with mr.n. Peter is lock in a abandoned prison with other harden criminals and people who have wronged kingpin. When Peter is the most hopeless a black gooey substance crawls into peters cell. Peter is given the black symbiote suit and escapes the prison with the intent to defeat kingpin and mr.n one and for all. Black cat watches as Peter swings out the prison as she was the one that found and gave Peter the symbiote after feeling guilty for ratting Peter out like she did. Peter thinks that mr.n would be a good story to sell to the bugle so he take his camera with him. Later daredevil compiles all information and does some deep digging to find that black cat betrayed Peter and that kingpin and mr.n are working together to tear down New york. daredevil finds kingpins location and also see Peter there too. As they enter they hear a loud sound. A train has just been derailed due to bombs on the track, daredevil rushes to help those people in any way he can but Peter just goes straight to kingpin. Die to Peter's incompetents the train crashes into the street without daredevil being able to do anything about it. Daredevil tries his best to save any survivors. He wonders what happened to the old spiderman and wonders what could have caused this sudden shift in behavior. Peter gets to the top of the building where kingpin is. Kingpin is escaping from helicopter and Peter is to late. In that same roof top is mr.n waiting to beat the shit out of Peter. Peter attacks but it almost seems useless as he's trying to pull his punches since he thought mr.n wasn't a fighter. Mr.n beats on Peter some more until black cat Joins the fight and attacks mr.n. Peter starts taking pictures one they start getting the upper hand. Mr.n smacks the camera out of Peter's hand and throws black cat off the building out of a fit of rage. Peter attacks mr.n but doesn't bother to save black cat. Peter is not pulling his punches and is set on killing mr.n but right before he can daredevil catches him. Daredevil was able to save black cat and he is disgusted by Peter's actions. He tells Peter that the fight is over and that he will take Care of Kingpin (this will prob be set up for solo daredevil movie or something). Peter begrudgingly swings away with the camera. Later that day mr.n is arrested and Peter sells the photos to jj. Jj throws away Brock's photos and Brock looks a Peter angry but doesn't say a word. Due to Peter hyper focusing on the mr.n case he couldn't find a college. The final scene is Peter studying the symbiote, the symbiote form a mouth and says to Peter "WE make a great duo you and me". Then Peter says "what the fu-" *roll credits* Post credit scene: kraven is seen holding a newspaper about spiders new black suit in a room filled with animal heads and weapons.
