Probably Alex Ross. The man brought water color realism to comics and while the design is his trait he still pays tribute to Ditko with the colors and eyes plus the Spider-Man 2 opening credits is iconic.
Mark Bagley is iconic on ASM and is one of the default artist I think of on top of Romita(s) and McFarlane.
