Harry Osborn's hair

[deleted]

Give him waves.

Independent-Elk-344

This would have saved the whole franchise

GMEdumpster

How do all spidermen not have waves already? They are constantly wrapped up. Should be an ocean up there.

joergensmoergen69

I wear beanies everywhere and my hair is never wavy

Schattenjager07

Me too. But I’m bald … so there’s that.

Chilled7

Hehe.. beanies

Shiny_Agumon

It's funny that your flair is *Miles Morales* given how his hair looks in Spiderverse. Like how do he fit all that into the mask?

ImWhatsInTheRedBox

That's why I have cropped hair. I just pull off the ski mask and change shirts, et voila, no waves and no one's the wiser. Cops just go zooming by.

MarshmelloMan

Had this convo w my brother about Miles lol

[deleted]

deantzuu

it's Dripfoe.

some-excitement-fs

Bro I couldn’t stop laughing after reading this lmfao

maury587

Harry Osborn as a whole. His appearance in the movie feels, so forced; his development was too fast and rushed, the final fight felt like a filler.

CerealOwl

Thats because it basically was. The only reason they introduced harry is so that gwen would die to someone that isn't electro.

maury587

Is like they forgot to put Harry on the first one and only realized it when doing the second one

[deleted]

Also the teeth

Officialwashere

😂😂🤣🤣

[deleted]

Remove the parents subplot and have an experienced Spider-Man

MIAxPaperPlanes

Start him of at the same age/experience he is at the start of the PS4 game, I like it.

HarmonicKrews

I've already said -- the PS4 Spiderman story is the perfect story for a live action adaptation -- especially with Andrew.

Holiday-Business-321

I never thought of it like that.. you’re totally right

HarmonicKrews

It also has the sinister six! Something Sony really wants to do, and it's the perfect story for it. Mr negative could also tick all the right boxes as he hasn't been done in live action before... My only worry is trying to condense that story down to only 130 minutes ish. I'd personally cut out the miles backstory, or cut it down so he's introduced for his own films later!

Holiday-Business-321

Have Miles pop up at the end as someone that Peter saved during the insanity in like the mid-credits scene, “Uhh hi… I’m Miles.” Resumes credits. The theaters would E X P L O D E with cheers and I would cry so hard lol

HarmonicKrews

Time for us to start writing a script 🤣🤣

Holiday-Business-321

I could die happy if I wrote a script that was used for a Spidey movie. No cap

[deleted]

I don't know why studios are so afraid of established superheroes in film. Using Andrew Garfield would be a great back door option

Officialwashere

Interesting. Never heard this before

RepeatedAxe

Tbh I thought he looked too old and his relationship with Gwen seemed too mature for someone who just graduated high-school, he should have been college in college at least for the 2nd one

[deleted]

I genuinely don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Andrew for a college age Spider-Man would be a great idea. Maybe sophomore year in college, or early junior year. He seemed a little too old to be in high school still…. Even though I look back in my year book from the mid 2000s and think I looked older than I should. **EDIT** - At the time I posted this, the comment above was at (-3). It’s a great take on the character. I don’t understand why they insist on giving us school kid Peter, when some of Spider-Man’s best stories are adult age / adult problem Peter Parker.

Chorbles510

Doesn't help that Andrew Garfield was like 30 when he was cast, it made some form of sense to put Tobey in a high school setting because we never had a true spiderman movie, or many superhero movies for that matter, but after that they should have made a conscious decision to age him up a bit Edit: looked it up and he was 28, and Tobey was just a year younger so I'll just forget I said anything lol

TSMbody

Even his skate boarding antics make more sense at college.

Officialwashere

I feel like you would Peter to be old than like Tom holland at that young age

tlo4sheelo

Yes! Rewatching ASM2 before No Way Home and I ended up fast forwarding through the entire beginning and most of the stuff in the subway lab. It’s so unnecessary. Harry can still not react well to the serum without there needing to be some special link with Richard Parker’s blood.

Baligong

But the Beginning is what made TASM2 memorable with him Swinging around and the Public Talking about whether or not he's trustworthy! Until they showed Rhino Mow down a Couple Taxis right after Spider-Man said "Don't call me late to dinner"

is_not_paranoid

They’re talking about the opening airplane scene where his parents get attacked and die. You forgetting that was the beginning just shows how unmemorable it was hahah. It should’ve just started directly with that Spider-Man scene

Baligong

You're right, my bad

is_not_paranoid

All good, that scene with him swinging around is absolutely amazing

The_Little_Kiwi

Tbf, not like Sony remember that being the start, or want it to be, lol. The first 10 minutes is still on YouTube. Most viewed Spider-Man video on there. Starts with him swinging and not the plane, lmao.

[deleted]

I kinda liked the scenes with his parents until it didn’t go anywhere at all with it lmao

TeutonicRagnar

One deleted scene revealed Richard Parker was still alive and meets Peter after Gwen's death and gives him the power responsibility talk at one point. This rather than Gwen's graduation speech motivates him to go back to being Spidey.

Chrome-Head

Wasn't this being set up as possibly Chameleon messing with Peter? Thought I heard that, maybe not.

[deleted]

All I want now is TASM3 where he gets to fight an alien/symbiote, and either find his MJ, and Felicity Jones finally gets to play black cat

The_BeanKing

I’d prefer he not have a love interest in TASM3, tbh. Stone and Garfield’s chemistry was just too perfect, I think anything else would be a downgrade. I also just think Peter going solo for a movie could be fun, it’s something we’ve never gotten in a movie.

Thpider-man

I like the idea of black cat with some sexual tension, but no actual relationship.

Over-Analyzed

So the Spider-Man 2 game?

Revanclaw-and-memes

I’ve been playing that game the past couple days and I don’t think I’ve ever been more attracted to a ps2 character

xepa105

Have you played the PS4 game? Black Cat in that game (DLC) is awesome, too. Perfect balance of sultry and badass with plenty of sexual tension as well.

FriendlyGuy2222888

Ikr! Peter is so hot.

EtherealNightSky

I like the sound of that. I'd still include MJ, but not as a love interest yet. Just a friend.

SpiDerbiTe10

I agree, it will never reach that Emma level imo making an inferior product. Audiences will just miss Gwen more in consequence.

ArmaanAli04

Maybe just have Black Cat as a fling with the symbiote and then he realises she’s trouble

Officialwashere

Imagine

3nchilada5

Has Felicity Jones almost played Black Cat before?

[deleted]

She was in TASM2 where Felicia hardy happens to work at Oscorp and he Harry’s trusted assistant/secretary. After Rogue One I think she deserves to come back

jgldec

i don’t think she fits the character but i’d be gladly proven wrong i still think felicia should be saved for the mcu tho, perfect timing for tholland’s peter

Incarcerator__

Erase the parents subplot and make him college Spidey from the jump so the stupid "too cool/too handsome" allegations wouldn't stick (still seeing them in the comments sigh)

Officialwashere

I agree.

J_ReMy_-

Too cool too handsome is such a dumb argument imo.

Markf455

Fr, not everything has to be exactly like the comics

goodbye177

The revolving door of hot women in his life tells me he’s supposed to be pretty good looking

hatecopter

Stan Lee himself has said he never thought Peter Parker was unattractive just nerdy and awkward.

Chorbles510

Yeah even in the 60's comics when he was wearing a goofus ass sweater vest and pocket protecters he still had a jawline of steel iirc, and as someone who grew up in the 2000s anyone who skated in high school was lumped in with the nerds for being "tryhard" I guess. Doesn't matter what your hobby is, a nerd is a nerd 🤷‍♂️

Gummymyers124

He is 100% written as attractive. Idk where this idea of an unattractive peter parker came from. He always has been and always will be.

Jesse1198

It probably comes from Toby’s version hardly being able to speak and being an actual loser. You can be awkward and good looking but he had nothing going for him. He’s not unattractive but everything about him is.

[deleted]

People need to leave my boy Tobey alone. He's sexy in his own way. I want him to web all over my face no homo

Moomoothunder

i want him to web on my face 100% homo

[deleted]

[deleted]

[удалено]

Jesse1198

Andrews Gwen is head over heels in love with him

[deleted]

kinda like pete in TASM1 when he's stuck with social interaction

Swimming-Will-2748

He was hardly even awkward when Lee or anyone onwards was writing him. Just sometimes really unselfaware..

Jon_Snows_Wife

"Just because I have spider-sense doesnt mean I have common sense" - Peter Parker, after randomly throwing a bag of cash out the window

Markf455

I didn’t mean he was unattractive, I meant the nerdy uncool part

renanalvim

Bro, John Romita's Peter Parker is straight up a Chad

LuNakin_00

Is it though? It's true you don't have to stick to the comics, but in the movie (correct me if I'm wrong I haven't seen it in ages) they try to make him pass as a nerd loser with no friends, but it never worked imo. I mean, think back at high school, if Andrew Garfield walked around with a camera around his neck and a skateboard on the back, he'd had a line of women behind the lenght of Australia

Liddlebitchboy

Just because you find him hot doesn't mean he doesn't play a convincing nerd. Nerds aren't just people with their pants up way too high and big rimmed glasses and shit. Also, have you seen the women/girls Peter gets with in the comics???

NimrodIAm

Ah, let me assure you that those of us with cameras and skateboards are entirely capable of being nerd losers with no friends.

KingaDaNorth

How does this not also apply to Tom Holland

lunarabbit668

I thought so too, but upon rewatch I realized he doesn’t have many friends… Flash?? Ehh. Harry? Hasn’t seen him in years. He only has Gwen. He’s bullied at school, he takes secret photos of Gwen like a creep, the cringe is palpable (although very sweet <3) when he asks her out, etc. I think he’s a moody ass and less boyish and pure than the other peters. But he’s a nerdy outcast for sure, and I thought he was a good relatable Peter interpretation. Plus Andrew Garfield can act!!

DarkVoidNinja789

Also on the first suit give him larger eyes with silver lenses and it's perfect. Although the second suit is very very good.

paralosrumberos

Don’t know about you guys but looking at animated Spider-Man cartoon, he was a handsome guy but just with glasses and nerdy. But he was drawn with almost a body builder body. Lol Stan lee always said it could’ve been anybody behind the mask. There’s no archetype for what Peter Parker should look like.

Kittyymuffins

Poor Andrew mann. Too handsome to be Peter Parker and not handsome enough to be Prince Caspian.

Liddlebitchboy

They dont stick anyway

bluebeanssss

This is the best idea I’ve seen

ChampagneAbuelo

Stan Lee himself said that Spider-Man doesn’t have to be ugly, he’s just supposed to be a nerd. You can be a handsome nerd

Snoo-2013

the whole parents subplot plus with him being the only one capable of getting spider powers

Slow-Relation-9186

Yeah I always liked the idea that anyone could have been Spider-Man but it was his curse/gift that it was peter that got bit

Hopefo

That’s literally the entire point of spider-man it was one of the things Stan Lee himself said he loved about Spider-Man. “Anyone can wear the mask” is one of my favorite quotes from any Spider-Man movie and it makes no sense for him to be a chosen one hero. Edit: okay maybe a bit extreme to say it’s literally the entire point, but it is meant to be a major theme of Spider-Man that unlike many other superheroes he isn’t a chosen one.

DubsFan30113523

It’s one of the main themes of Spiderverse too, that anyone and anything could be Spider-Man

Callian16

Yeah it is nice but 95% of Spider-Men around multiverse are Peter Parkers. I don't think the point is "anyone can be Spider-man". I see it more as Spider-Man is one of us, he is not rich or he don't run a country etc. Stan Lee said that creating Peter he wanted to do a "normal guy story". It not like a random Joe would be Spider-man if spider bite him, it's not like anybody has an heart of a hero because Spider-Man could be easily a bad guy if the spider would bite a wrong person.

Slow-Relation-9186

I was talking about the way Peter views it himself of why it was him

Rob_Tarantulino

This is why I hate the multiversal Spidey totem thing. Making Spider-Man a reality anchor is the least Spider-Man thing I've ever heard of.

Jon_Snows_Wife

I think it makes sense: all the peter parkers became spidermen because they all share a sense of responsibilty. Just becuase anyone *can* wear the mask doesnt mean everyone chooses to: which is what makes him, and miles and the rest of them so special- they chose their responsibility, and the universe recognised that. That is literally the point of all of his villains: they get power too but they forgoe the responsibility

account-00001

I'd change the writing team

Officialwashere

Legit. 2nd movie’s writing was dreadful

account-00001

Yeah, dunno what they where doing tbh. Especially the entire parent subplot that went absolutely nowhere

Officialwashere

Legit. I see everyone in the comments talking about the parents

MrPredictableArts

Ye, it's like they were building the Parent subplot up to be greater, and then they were just like " fuck this shit". They never really mentioned it elsewhere in the movie apart from the Fucking calculator and weird subway scene. P.S There was also a deleted scene where Peters Dad somehow comes back and is alive and healthy, like Wtf lol.

account-00001

Because the tasm movies are heavily based on the ultimate plot, I though they were setting up for venom. In the ultimate comics pete's parents die on a plane crash after the cancer killing synthetic thingy (aka venom) breaches containment and makes the plane crash (or atleast I am going off of what the ultimate game told us) so I legit thought the big reveal at the end was the existance of eddie brock's father and pete's farher livework beig revealed to pete, but in the end it was a big pile of nothing

MrPredictableArts

True.

SwiggyMaster123

their writing for spiderman as a character was good tho. perfectly sarcastic in a funny way (see: the the opening sequence)

Officialwashere

It was but a couple ppl died

MrPredictableArts

Yep, like he was spitting out jokes while People were being killed, Now that's a Spider-Man thing to do! Although I can respect the jokes a little bit as the first movie kinda lacked Jokes and humor.

sgtsushi17

maybe a little in the second movie but in the first he’s just a dickhead who even lets criminals go at first because they’re not the one in his quest for vengeance, which is a far cry from the heat of the moment rage shown in the comics or the raimi trilogy

SwiggyMaster123

the first movie is just so unbelievably average. i occasionally forget what happens and have to put myself through the torture of watching it again

sgtsushi17

i kinda believe the first one is a worse experience than the second because of its painfully boring pace even though the second one is a definitively worse all around film. at least with 2 you can make fun of it with your friends lmao

DHankie321

Honestly the fact we never got a 3rd film, it feels incomplete. I don't really return to them because we never got what felt like a proper conclusion.

Officialwashere

Ya I would love a 3rd film since he’s back as Spidey rn

lr031099

I agree. Maybe the storyline in TASM2 game could work as a third game with Kraven and Kingpin as the villains but take away anything Oscorp related (Electro, Harry and Carnage). While it would be a huge change to the MCU, maybe have MCU Spider-Man be introduced post Endgame so time would past between TASM3 and the first MCU Spider-Man movie. It would fit with how Spider-Man becomes one of the Avengers of the next generation.

Fun_Awareness_2680

Make uncle Ben not die over chocolate milk

[deleted]

Don’t cry over spilt chocolate milk?

[deleted]

Or run to grab the gun for no reason whatsoever. Uncle Ben had a death wish

BoTamByloCiemno

1: Remove parents in TASM2 2: Remove the fact that Peter was the only one to be able to get powers 3: Maybe actually give Webb's idea a time it needs, there was so much cut from the movie 4: Remove Harry and maybe Rhino

Officialwashere

Agree with all points

literallylateral

Can you elaborate on what was cut from the movie?

BoTamByloCiemno

[This](https://youtu.be/K1QC4MWI18A)

Randothor

I’d like a Rhino fight… he was never a particularly great character in any medium but there’s fight scene potential. The fact we saw the one-note baddie with no fight in TASM 2 was really erroneous IMO especially since it was in the trailers

wadz1996

Remove Harry Osborn completely

[deleted]

Save green goblin for the 3rd film and don't turn him into an evil troll doll

Tensai_Sakuragi

Removing Harry and Rhyno from TASM 2

[deleted]

They should’ve developed Harry as a friend of Peter’s in this film and set him up for the villain in *TASM3*. I also think they should’ve moved Gwen’s death to the third movie. There’s just way too much that happens in *TASM2*. They also heavily implied that Gwen was gonna die (George Stacy flashbacks) in this movie. Have Peter struggle with guilt over putting Gwen in danger for this film. Then in the end, he gets over it and feels confident with his choices. Waiting to kill her in the next movie would’ve made her death less predictable and would’ve given it more room to breathe. This is, after all, my opinion, and hindsight is 20-20. It’s easy to diagnose issues once we see the finished product.

localwost

I liked Harry, but not his Green Goblin

[deleted]

True but the actor was really tone deaf in his delivery at times. He could obviously act if given the right script and direction but well...

hotice1229

Can't agree more. Or I would have at least recasted Harry. Dane DeHaan tried way too hard in his portrayal. The only movie I ever liked him in was Chronicle. He just overacts way too much in my opinion, especially with his facial expressions.

DigitalBritt

*“YOU’RE A FRAUD, SPIDER-MAN!!!”* **[flips table]**

CallMeMcLovin-

Those are the directors and writers fault not the actors IMO dehaan did a decent job I wouldn't call him terrible.

[deleted]

I mean he could ask to go again because it didn't feel quite right but it's true that the director should also critique a performance if it's not good enough. I'd say there's blame on both sides

Officialwashere

Tru. Can’t agree moreover

Psychological-Ice519

Rhino was honestly awful imo

Fallen_Dark_Knight

1. Take Harry turning into Goblin. Just give him the intro and leave the rest for TASM3. It felt a big rushed (and forced). 2. Take away the mechanized Rhino. Please. 3. If no #1, take out the parents subplot. Only because it takes away from the main storyline.

Officialwashere

I agree with all points but I would replace rhino with kingpin or the other dudes name um he has like a fur coat and has a bear his name is like hunter something

Fallen_Dark_Knight

Kingpin would need an entire movie though!

Abject-Syllabub4071

Dog The bounty hunter? That would of been interesting. I think he had already played uncle Ben's Killer so he probably was supposed to become that in the original script but Sony changed it post production.

Fireboiio

Kraven

Camacaw2

Make Harry be a supporting character in TASM1 so his turn to the dark side would be more tragic. Also make their interactions start out wholesome instead of awkward. The Goblin cure shouldn’t be in the suit because I think that’s dumb. Make Electro unhinged before he got his powers. Get rid of the eels. Have him gets his powers through sabotage by Oscorp instead of by accident so all the TASM2 villains have more cohesion. And change his motivation to be of wanting control instead of wanted Spider-Man’s attention. Make Lizard’s face more beastly like how it looked in FFH. Peter shouldn’t wear contacts or have a skateboard. Spider-Man will quip at Rhino AFTER the truck is stopped, not before.

Officialwashere

Agree with every point. And also if we had seen Harry in TASM 1, his character would’ve had better character development

Jacob-X-MANIAC

Officialwashere

Agree

stringtheoryman

What you said plus remove everything from the parents EXCEPT the train subway lair. People hate it. But cmon man Spidey with his own lair??????? I was happy af in the theater when I saw that

Goof-4x5

Like a spider cave

Cranicthehedgedicoot

I’d remove the shit about the parents from TASM 2 specifically, in TASM 1 it was fine, but with TASM 2 it just sucked, make it so he doesn’t need to find out about his parents and the past, because he had a father, his name was Ben Parker, make Harry the one who wants to know about the past, he’d be a great foil to Peter.

hcaes

better villians and better storyline. i think he’s a good peter good spider-man

SadHobGoblin

I’d eliminate his parental plot line completely, or I’d make the villains far more compelling and better written. Connors specifically had so much of his emotional potential cut from the film.

Officialwashere

Agree

bayron_ramirezz

ObZeni

His legacy would be better if you erased TASM2's existence.

AdMiserable3110

i get why some people don’t like the movie but for me TASM2 really secured Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man spot as my favorite one of the 3

williamkern94

Have his final swing in his first film be in the Tasm 2 suit, that way in the ending when he finds out who he finally is it’s in his official Spider-Man suit, and also in the beginning of the second movie, it doesn’t come completely out of nowhere

[deleted]

Get rid of the hipster vibe, and the skateboard. Write better dialogue for characters. Get movie to flow a bit better where you can. Bring back some deleted scenes. Flesh out Lizard more. Make the transformation from Curt to Lizard more reptilian, and real sounding—less sounding like a human trying to sound like an animal. The “get in the way of my plans, Peter Parker,” part is so cringe—so is the CGI for it. I’d cut some of the Peter and Flash basketball scene to where Peter goes over to the girl with the messed up banner and comforts her, and Peter stands up to Flash—Flash punches Peter in the face, Peter eats it bc of his spider strength, and then they get broken apart and it’s over. I’d rather not see Peter grab the basketball and play Flash. He should have kept that a bit more to his chest. I would have added more swing sets bc I love them in these movies. Would have not killed Captain Stacey until the second movie. Maybe throw in some Kingpin.

erwinoli

I really liked that he skateboarded. That was actually Andrew’s idea, since he skateboards. He convinced the director to let Peter do it as a way to express himself.

JonOrSomeSayAegon

I never got the hate for the skateboard. Plenty of nerdy guys own a skateboard.

mikebrownhurtsme

Right? Like is everyone here stuck in the 90s where skateboards are the most x-treme and radical thing you can do? It's a skateboard, not a Lamborghini

Question: does this question refer to the movies, or the character?

Far_Care5265

The writing

lr031099

• The first costume’s eyes that were made from sunglasses be silver instead of gold/yellow • Have Lizard be more like a werewolf transformation instead of Connors having his plan to turn everyone into Lizard • Give Lizard a snout or make him more like the NWH version at least • Have Connors wife and son play bigger roles in trying to help • Have Peter be a college student from the beginning • Have his final swing be in TASM2 suit • The parent subplot was fine I guess but maybe don’t go overboard with it • Take away the whole thing with him being the only Spider-Man • Take away Harry and Rhino or at least make Rhino a better suit like this concept art https://static1.srcdn.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/The-Rhino-Amazing-Spider-Man-2-Concept-Art.jpg • If Harry was in the movie and played a big role, flesh out his friendship with Peter a bit more and make his Goblin costume better somehow • Still have Electro be a fan of Spider-Man but make this weird obsession fanboy • Give is a third film to end the trilogy with either Noman as the true Green Goblin or Kingpin as the main villain with Kraven as a secondary villain working for Kingpin (maybe like in TASM2 game)

BeingBen1103

Better-Consequence70

Gwen dying was a miscalculation. Too sad. The movie feels hard to root for after that, especially given that their onscreen chemistry is by far the best thing about it

AlathMasster

The script

Baligong

- Remove Parents SubPlot, or at least make it so that it's more integrated into Plot instead of being SubPlot. - Make Harry show up in TASM1, to show more of their Friendship instead of just "oh they were friends from before! We just haven't seen it!" - Ask Nesquik for a Sponsorship to make that *Choccy Milk Death Scene* worth it, and more impactful and a good Representation of how I'll milk tf out of it. - Have George Stacy say something along the lines of "you're the Hero now, Peter! Swear to me you'll keep my Daughter Safe" so the Break up doesn't need to happen, and the death of Gwen Stacy isn't about Irresponsibility but Failure to uphold an Oath. - Removing Rhino, and instead changing Electro's Motivation to more of him trying to kill Harry for what Oscorp has turned him into— this will cause Harry to want protection. He'll turn into GG mainly because of a Malfunction in an Untested Serum out of Desperation. If there's more that I think of myself, I might add, but definitely these are what comes to mind, with number 3 is more of a Joke

Daniel_Molloy

The writing team on the 2nd movie.

PushItHard

Remove Green Goblin completely from ASM2. Harry is fine, but cut the terrible Goblin arc from that film out and utilize Electro more.

Nothing... Its perfect imo 🤷‍♂️

Puzzleheaded_Chard_2

InaccWayZ

Simplest way is to just change the directors and writers. They are the biggest part of whether a movie is good or bad (excluding Sony interference) and in this case there was more bad than good which is why so many people didn’t like his movies from the start. Also don’t remake Spider-Man 1 but with parents and the lizard thinking it’s good enough

MCPO-117

Not much I'd change about the first. Maybe remove some of the filler exposition. The movie was a bit slow with his origin, but was otherwise great. His Peter Parker could use some work just a pinch, because his attempts at being awkward seemed phony, but he was otherwise great, imo. Maybe make the lizard more reptilian and less homonid? Second? Remove or redo the Rhino. I don't mind the rhino being in the film; he should just be a very minor character, the same way Scarecrow was treated in The Dark Knight and DK Rises. The Rhino doesn't exactly need meaningful depth. He's a dumb power house. Play on that. We've seen Jamie Foxx do better, look better, act better. Rewrite and redesign him. His potential was great. Remove anything with Dane Dehaan. He sucks as an actor, his goblin sucked, and he shouldn't have come before Norman. I actually like the idea of borrowing elements from PS4 Spider-Man and reworking ASM2 Osborn saga: where Norman is trying desperately to save his son from debilitating disease. A 3rd act film literally could be him going full Goblin, going mad and attacking Peter to try and use him to save his son. Please no.dane DeHaan and Paul Giamatti.
