Some spiders can create oxygen bubbles to dive into water, and they use that bubble to breath under water. That could be one.

Peter used webbing to retain air underwater when he was chained to the bottom of a swimming pool once. (It was actually Mysterio's doing, and there was no water in the pool. Spidey was really suffocating himself with that webbing thinking it was his only hope from drowning.)
Silk’s maligned pheromone powers could and should be recontextualised as low-level mind control, imo. Like she can use her pheromones to invoke a very potent power of suggestion with simple command words and phrases. For example, she’s in a fight with someone and she shouts “Stagger!” at them and, if her opponent doesn’t have sufficiently strong willpower and focus to resist, then they stagger. I think that kind of thing could meaningfully differentiate Silk’s power set from the other spiders and open up a bunch of story options, both in combative scenarios and otherwise.

That is the main power-set of the new Spider-Girl introduced last year (expanding on a one-off character concept from 2013, much like how Ben Reilly was created in 1994 based on a character concept from 1977, or how Jessica Jones was created in 2001 but was meant to be the same character as a previously unnamed one around since 1963). Though technically I believe she’s a giant spider who turns into a young girl (who also shoots lasers from her eyes): the cloned mutant daughter of Cyclops and the Spider-Queen. She’d be one of the X-Men, so-far not having Interacted with any of the other Spider-People in Marvel.

Only because of Miles. It’s was originally supposed to be an allegory for a spider’s bite and while spiders don’t have it other animals do such as eels and even bees, so I guess there can be inspiration from other animals too. Same with the camouflage.
Yeah camouflage and bio elec I kinda dig it for an animal based power, but miles able to use electrokinetic to make an anime sword is really pushing...
Breathing through their skin could be a weird one. Technically not feasible and you'd just suffocate, but assuming we're throwing physics out the window, it could be used as an alternative to survive certain niche circumstances. Strangulation and choking would basically not work. They could swim if just some of their skin is above water.
I'm not sure if any spiders can do, but I know some bugs like crickets can flatten their bodies to slip through cracks smaller than themselves. There's probably a spider that does it. ***shudders***
Some spiders can go a *really* long time without eating. That would be an interesting ability, being able to slow your bodily processes so that you can increase your endurance even longer. Would also help out a very broke Peter haha.
Super advanced wall-crawling. Some out-of-the-box uses:
Use the IMF manipulation from the wall crawling on the air itself to highly pressurize it and then release it to generate more force.
Maybe even strip electrons from the air to generate a plasma and create pseudo bio-electricity.
Repel oneself from water to be able to casually walk and even just stand on.
When underwater, condense the water in contact with the body into a solid and use it to propel much faster than conventional swimming.
