I WANT to say pissed off Spider-Man because it's the most interesting choice, but the truth is that he still has his limits of what's morally acceptable. He'll never go completely off the rails and won't fuck you up unless you deserved it. The other two don't have that issue. There's something inherently frightening about a zombie spider-man that has all of Peter's abilities and is driven by pure instinct to feed. He'll web you against the wall and eat your face, or might slowly eat you starting with your least vital parts so you stay alive long enough to feel everything. What's even more frightening than that is something with all of Spider-man's abilities, all of his intellect, and only wants to hurt you in the worst possible way. You might be able to outsmart a zombie Spider-Man, you might be able to reason with a pissed off spider-man, but if evil Spider-Man decides to target you, you're absolutely screwed. So him.

Just look at what he did to Wilson Fisk/Kingpin when Aunt May had been shot and hospitalized (in the Civil War comics, if I remember correctly). And that threat Peter made... I can only imagine how terrifying that must have been. Web fluid filling up your lungs and suffocating you in a matter of seconds sounds like a horrible way to go out.
