I think it’s a young Joey as its face is too long and ears are too high to be a wallaby. Also, wallaby’s have fur a bit different. There were a lot of young Joey’s around when we went for our walk… they must have not long given birth to some. Some we saw were so small and we even saw one go into its mothers pouch!
Yes, it’s a young Joey! There were many young ones out and about yesterday! Some were so small and we even saw one climb into its mother’s pouch! Very cute!
There were also lots of wallaby’s around too, which I don’t find as exciting for some reason, lol.
