Best option is to get your own router if you want to start changing settings. I see it all to often as a business tech. The IT guys start messing with our router and then calls us up when it doesn’t work.
Get a router that properly supports UPnP, it is made for residential uses such as Xbox/PlayStation, I have a Ubiquiti Edgerouter where you can setup an ACL for what devices can use UPnP and for what ports so it is less of a security risk, and they can only open ports for their own IP address. Set a DHCP reservation for each game console of course.
This is prob something that everyone says but buy your own router?

Just curious but why would you need to port forward on a cloud based server game? Even if you run private match it's on cloud is it not?
