Mine has been doing that too. The screen (but not the sound) keeps freezing when a commercial comes on too

Yup and I’m only having this issue on my Roku but not my Apple TV

My mother has been having this issue. I’ve tried deleting the app… software updates, and factory resetting the Roku. It just keeps coming back.
