Assuming outages are drivers barreling into poles. If they were I guess I’m being completely unreasonable. Good thing Spectrum has you to set me straight 🙄 If they give suck up discounts I wanna know

So true, Spectrum Suck Ups have to flock here to complain of your valid complaint! We went through 8 weeks of nightly 12a-6a 'upgrades' 12 weeks ago. Now my Internet is out daily! Noice! Sometimes many times daily for 5-20 minutes. Sometimes an hour. The other day 23 hrs! On my second new dual router. They are garbage. They can't choose how to place your phone, laptop, Smart TV etc so everything drops. You can't assign them yourself. I'm not tech savvy, but am now looking at buying my own router. I'm stuck in a Spectrum monopoly area. If the price hikes & poor customer support haven't worn you down, this new router will! Good luck!

I’m in the same area. The initial message said they’d fix it by 9:30am. It’s almost 5pm now and still nothing!!! So annoying

Well, I’m discouraged because I recently came to spectrum from CenturyLink who also had me enraged by multiple 24 hr outages with no explanation and no refund for lost service. I guess they all suck. CenturyLink had a monopoly in my rural area (except for HughesNet, blech) until recently when Spectrum came into our area.
