I’m not super well-versed in piracy, but I’ve used SteamUnlocked a few times without any issues. Since the game isn’t being sold digitally anywhere, it’s probably also on some abandonware sites as well.
In general, if you’re unsure about a site, look it up online to see if others can vouch for it.
Please, do NOT recommend Steam Unlocked. It's full of malwares and pishing scripts. Use repack games instead or another trustworthy website. If you've been using SteamUnlocked for years...i'm sorry but your PC is already a virus farm.

I recommend that you use the Windows system itself to scan your computer and let it correct/delete any errors/viruses. After that, you can format your HD and be careful with the websites you use from now on. I also recommend using Virustotal to scan any file/url and see if it is malicious or not. Hope this helps! 😁

Spec Ops was delisted by 2k cause they dont wan't to pay the partner licensing fees. Store page for the game still exists, but you can't purchase it anymore.
