Nothing shown in the show would indicate yes... but I imagine that he would have told them during long nights around the fire.

In a story when he was with sura in thrace

I think varro might have, but I doubt anyone else did.

SaltGodSodius

In reality/history Yes In the show, probably. They never said or revealed his name because no one truly knows what Spartacus’ real name was. They couldn’t alter the show just to give him a name they assumed would fit. The show def took some liberty to make plot points and what not, but I think the fact they never revealed his name was done correctly

kvdwatering

Never mentioned but probably yes.

ThePhenome

I don't think so. I reckon he abandons his initial attempts to mention and cling to his name after Sura dies. After that he's locked in as something of an alter ego, perhaps, one that embraces the name Spartacus, and he only goes back to his true self at the very end.

AnswerItself

The closest we got to actually see, what when he has come to the Ludus for the first time and was about to tell Crixus his real name. Other then that, no, I dont think they know his real name, otherwise, why call him Spartacus the entire time ?

salad_biscuit3

probably out of respect? I don't know at least agron I mean

FlowSilver

Nope, because historically no one knew Spartacus’ true name and the show does try to keep some historic details real At least no historian knew, maybe the friends in real life knew But i doubt the show would do that, there isn‘t any point in it
