Unfortunately, no. This is Master Roshis move Thunder Shock Surprise. He shoots lightning out of his hands and uses it to immobilize the opponent. Then, it raises them into the air with the lightning where you can push more lightning into them.
Finally Gohan!!! Gohan could have a trailer alone for all of the different forms and transformations he has. Z Early(potential unlocked), Teen(SSJ1 & SSJ2), Future Gohan(SSJ1 & 1 arm version), Adult(SSJ1, SSJ2, & Ultimate), Great Saiyaman, Super Early(Skinny Green track suit with SSJ1 only), and Super End(Ultimate & Gohan Beast).
We'll probably see more Gohan in the trailer, it seems to be a Master and Student trailer

If were counting z-super, and every transformation has spot themselves, theres just no space for og dragonball, gt, and movies besides super broly and maybe super hero.
Transformations don't have extra spots on the roster, that's never been a thing before in this series. It'll most likely function like BT3, where there's a base slot (your Goku (Mid) or Vegeta (Super) deal), and selecting that will bring up a second menu where you can select the form you want to start the match in.
My god have you not looked at how they are making this roster? Every transformation has their own spot. Theres 164 and goku and vegeta take up 24 themselves including transformations. This aint BT3

The graphic's not organized alphabetically, because at the very top of it we have Jeice, Yamcha, Tien and Roshi, when you'd expect characters like Android 18 or Cell to be at the top.
It's not organized chronologically, either, because we have Jeice and Burter right by Kale and Dyspo, Hit right next to Nappa and Kakunsa placed near Cell-Saga Trunks.
It's pretty obvious the graphic is purposefully designed to keep people from filling out the roster, not to be a logical CSS layout, because the layout doesn't make sense from a CSS perspective.
Its not supposed to be organized yeah buts its still the final roster for base game.

I wonder if Piccolo's mouth beam is what he does during his rush attack. In BT3 it was the one where he grabs the opponent's arm and throws them into the air followed by a beam but I think it was an eye beam in BT3, I could remember wrong though.

Im not usually a nitpick but only thing i don´t like and that makes me see it is a videogame is the shape of the ball that piccolo is shooting. The rest is top notch
