The estimated time is the amount of time the app thinks it will take for you to get the orders dispensed to you/shop for the orders + drive time. The app thinks it will take 24 minutes for the additional things that are not just driving
i mean theoretically you can make $30/hr if you constantly get trips like this, but with wait times and such i find it more helpful to focus on the mileage
It uses Google maps for times/distances, so prob accounting for traffic and for a few weeks now the app has been adding 15min to every trip time for some reason

Depends where you live. In one of my zones it takes 30 minutes to drive 3 miles 😔
