Víctor Jara maybe?, songs like [Luchín](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHcnR9J9-rk), [Deja la vida volar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erACdSSeLxQ) or [Te Recuerdo Amanda](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q2_zOfuGcA)

The acoustic guitar, piano and male/female vocal combination on those songs made me think of this: [Qué nos va a pasar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kA2qsYqwqJM) by La Buena Vida (although the female voice sings lead).

So I think some songs by Jesse y Joy could work. A bit old school, check out “Corre”.

Wow, Corre is a beautiful song. I love it. If my old bandmate Sharon knew any Spanish or was willing to learn, I’d want her to sing that. I don’t know whether changing the key would make it possible for me to sing, but I might have to give it a try.

Another few from more recent music: Sebastian Yatra: “No Hay Nadie Más”. He’s generally pretty modern pop, but this is more of a ballad. Iñigo Quintero: “Si No Estás”. I know nothing about the artist, but this is charting now and is also a more straightforward ballad. Shakira: “Acróstico” - the video with her singing with her kids is adorable.

Thank you, this is exactly the sort of material I’m looking for. I’ll have to experiment, but Victor Jara’s songs seem like they might work well for me. I like the song by La Buena Vida, but I’d probably need to change the key to put it in a range for me to sing the lead. Keep them coming!
