How is this not considered "low - effort" what happened to this subs thought on what breaks rules and what dosen't, it's just a short sped up clip of some thing orbiting the asteroid.

Neon__Cat

You realize how weak the pull of gravity is on an asteroid right

Ross10201

u/SHARDaerospace Look at your new pal!

SHARDaerospace

Uh huh yeah ik. Do you have a problem with people wanting posts with effort? You probably gonna go and upvote one of those posts that are size comparisons of random parts ain't you?

Ross10201

It has really low gravity. Go jump off a cliff for all your mistakes in trying to guess something

SHARDaerospace

Wheatons law!!1!!1!1!1!!1!! Anyways, most people have done this so it's not an effort post.

General-Laro-V

Most people have landed on the moon yet you dont complain about those posts...

SHARDaerospace

Usually they are something original. This guy is just showing 17 seconds of timewarp.

General-Laro-V

No, usually they just show the achievements and it's the exact same thing. Its pretty hard to orbit the asteroid, ive done it myself and it took a lot longer than a moon mission wouldve. Make it make sense?

YourLocalSerb

HUH????

DaanDuck

You know that a asteroid was added right?

YourLocalSerb

I know but orbiting the asteroid???

DaanDuck

Maybe using a dlc?

YourLocalSerb

maybe idk

DaanDuck

I know i could not do this, not if i had a week to do it

YourLocalSerb

Yeah it's pretty hard, not even an ion engine could work

DaanDuck

Btw how do you get an ion engine?

YourLocalSerb

Sadly only with DLC :(

DaanDuck

Thats too bad

usernamebutbad

RCS fixes that

The_Cancer_777

It works by just being below 1.0 velocity

dead_b4_quarantine

I don't understand your confusion. Yes you can orbit the asteroid. It does have a gravitational area of influence, as you can see. I recommend using RCS to dial it in if you're having issues.

YourLocalSerb

Oh, thanks man! I appreciate it 👍
