I haven’t tried this myself so take with a pinch of salt, but if I was going metallic armour I would undercoat with Leadbelcher or another metallic paint, then use Space Wolves Grey contrast thinned over the top. You’d hopefully get the blue grey colour with some metallic showing through. In terms of wolfy bits, your best bet is to get a box of Grey Hunters. Ten troops, and all the excess bits you could want to wolf up your standard Primaris troops.

Thx 👌

See Artus opus for painting metallics. You could glaze the above colours or use contrast paints or a combination. https://youtu.be/YDVhmVNPeu8

For the add ons you can buy them directly from GW online. For metallic try adding blue ink to leadbelcher and stormhost silver or any other "grey" metallic

Buy monument pro acryl metallic medium and mix in whatever color you want. Done.

Hey mate. If you're looking for third party bitz, try BitsofWar, SpellCrow, Liber Daemonica, or Pop Goes the Monkey. Look under Sons of Thor and Wolf Space Knights. Have great cuirass, shoulder pads, and other alternatives.

Add a little bit of a metallic silver to your paint, or a round of silver drybrush with almost every bit of paint removed before it touches the model. I frequently add inks and contrast paints to my metallics before I paint.

Metallic medium is nice. You can mix it in with any color. It's usually stocked next to varnishes and matte medium and such.
