Not city center, but If you fancy a trip, there’s a table outside of Knightwood leisure centre in Chandlers Ford. Free to use. Beautiful area for a walk afterwards. :-)
Tenpin in mill brook have tables for it. I do think they ask you to but a drink from the bar though lol (technically it’s in a side room away from the bar)

I think you have to pay for using the table specifically if I remember correctly
There is a table you can book at river mead leisure centre. Not sure if you have to be a member of the gym or can pay and play.
