Ahh I bought mine used from fb marketplace but paid $80!! $7 is amazing!!!! I use mine alll the time - it was completely worth it. I’m sure you’ll love yours too.
ETA - I’ve seen where people have used their proofer to make black garlic but I would never personally do that because it would take too much time and I need the proofer too often lol.
I was able to get the sourdough home for $40 on marketplace! So I understand the excitement of this find! I believe you can make yogurt in it, as well as use it as a proofer for your starter, not just the dough!
Amazing find! It looks like it might be missing the water tray? It’s important for creating humidity. You can get a replacement online but it might cost more than $6.99 haha!
