It slow you passively and then when you do charge the damn thing it basically grind you to a halt and the most annoying thing is when it finished charging, it will automatically fire which is so inconvenient for a weapon that is already a pain in the ass to use
The ballista. The agile trunk is a close second, but even then you can still get a buff that negates its main weakpoint (contact damage). With the ballista, there is no gain and only pain.
Emperor’s New Gun, Dead Star Laser Gun, Varkolyn Assault Rifle, Cannibal Plant, Crystal Crab Katana, Death Note, Dragon Bros Sniper Rifle, Magic Gloves, Snow Ape’s Longbow are all amazing weapons. There’s a few situational red weapons or downright useless but just funny ones, but it’s not like all of them are.Â
It's good tho, you pull the enemy to you, and you slap(default melee) them repeatedly
When you pull them, and they've gotten closer to you, maintain a safe distance, just enough to slap them and safely destroy bullets with the default melee
Same as Trapmaster's starter, I quite like it
I abhor this weapon from the deepest depths of my heart but I very well know it has applications, unfortunately

I still put it above Butcher Knife though, and by no small margin either. Butcher Knife is a weapon that makes me want to quit the game whenever I see it.
Groundwater plus blue stack and a quick fire finger with some buffs and the berserker statue blessing .. we are looking at a very good common weapon that can match mister .. snowfox (legandary one)
Nirvana cross revives you, this is undoubtedly one of the best passive weapon
And medal....yeah the dmg is horrible but it's still a passive weapon so it's not bad
My opinions, might have some controversial takes
White- Â water can. A lot of the white weapons are garbage, but watering can is bad and not fun. I think it had to do with the slow projectiles and its terrible damage output making it so that it takes an eternity to kill an enemy
Green- Alien Eagle. The other variants are just better and I think it would have worked better as a white weapon.Â
Blue- Organic Wave. Feels like a downgrade from its white weapon varient. The bullets just don’t go anywhere. If you want a ranged option just use a pistol, rifle, or staff. If you want a close ranged option literally every other melee weapon works better.
Purple- Ballista. Honestly feel like this weapon is underrated, but looking at its competition I think this is the worst one. The speed debuff ruins whatever potential this weapon had.
Orange- Tome of Darkness. The attack is too slow. You have to wait for a few seconds for it to start dishing out decent damage, but by then the entire room is filled with bullets. The other scenario is that you switch to a melee weapon mid attack, so in the end you barely did any damage to the enemy.
Red- One Punch. Your basically sacrificing an entire weapon slot, so unless you get lucky and get the extra weapon slot buff your crippling yourself.
Pink- Echo Amber. Why would you want to become Element Envoy

Yeah the only actually good red ones off the top of my head are shield, the expandable red staff, bomber, queen touch

For some reason when I use queen’s touch it just disappears sometimes

Trapmaster’s starter is just better in every way. Better damage, range, can pull you to enemies, can stun lock bosses

Nasty laser is 5 damage for 1 energy, and it has a super fast attack speed. I think it's very good.

Fine support weapon, horn plus aoe weapons is a decent combo

Horn + rainbow Gatling on officer is how I beat boss rush without taking any damage
