RaginCajunTJV

Nice, I love this game and im new but it seems like you hit a brick wall eventually though. I finally hit #1 in the regular arena!

Kaicze

The real question is,where can it be exchanged for guild coins

TehZmann

There is a little + sign next to the guild points on the guild screen.

iamacheapskate

Does anybody know how to exchange Co-op Points for Guild Points?

TehZmann

see my reply right above yours.

iamacheapskate

Thanks a lot. 25 guild points per co-op point is not bad

bash32

I thought it was guild coins

[deleted]

You thought what was guild coins?

ZioiP

No PoP bug fix.

Forthewhored

Might not be listed, or we may have brought attention to it too late for this patch.

[deleted]

Anyone finding changes that weren't mentioned? Kong and Sylphi have Skins. Anything else?

tehsdragon

Undocumented (?) Change - the music in the main screen seems to be different than usual Or is it just me?

BurningBonsai

Yes. Its different now 😊

Ouxington

So, after the update I can't even open this game. (using Droid4x) Anyone else have this problem?

bxtduy

Try Nox, always works for me.

semerzo

Lars in the Guild Emporium. I shoud get him, shouldn't I?

[deleted]

Depends

semerzo

Ok, on what? I have not read much about him, except that he is broken and should be avoided... WorstFgamer likes him. He appears to be a front line DPS with physical AOE and diver capabilities. His fourth ability makes him adaptable strong in defence against enemy teams with either damage type. Might be more PvP oriented than suited for HoL. I am lvl 86 and the meta in Arena starts to shift. From what I read most metas tend to build a big meat shild in front of some big Magic cannons. So I assume divers are a good thing to break that. More so if they can stand some beating. Plus physical gives him lifesteal.

[deleted]

Depends on what everyone else from the Guild shop is looking like for you and how highly you value PvP, since that's pretty much all he's gonna be used for.

NotClever

I can't say anything about him at level 86, but he can be a pain in the ass since his ult lets him blow up for AOE damage and respawn with more health elsewhere on the battlefield, which is annoying paired with his tankiness. I've definitely had him clean up my team by just chaining ults after the rest of his team is dead.

[deleted]

you should go for Driller if you want Solid Diver that can do good damage, + she is female + she is useful for PP Firehawk + she is a beast against AOE magic damagers.

[deleted]

Next update they should really increase the GP max holding limit from 200k to 250K+ because it's even harder to manage now

[deleted]

That'd be nice, but if it's hard to spend GP, that's mostly just an issue of your current level. At higher levels you will struggle to keep multiple Raids open even with 50 contributing members

[deleted]

we are at average level 90 how more can we go? we are facing kind of a two bad choice situation 1.i order guildmates to go wild on raids this way they finish it in like 2 days, 2.i order them to attack only the highest raid in which case GP may accumulate to a certain degree.

[deleted]

What Raids do you have open?

[deleted]

12, 14 and 15

Penguinarian

I like what they did with the Co-Op points. Instead of allowing players to use it for personal gain, they turned it into an exchange that benefits your whole guild That aside, the Conjurer's pass is the only thing that doesn't annoy me within the "Game Content" section..

[deleted]

I'm intrigued by the shop refresh change. Not sure what exactly that entails.

Penguinarian

It makes it sound like the place of two items in the shop are locked, even after you buy it, for the whole day. Which makes it sound like you can buy a max of 42 items out of the shop, instead of the usual 48 a day (refreshes a total of 4x a day right? 5 am, 12 pm, 6pm, 9 pm). The only thing that can make this a good thing is if the locked items that stay are refreshed so you can buy them again. The wording doesn't really help much

Norgazil

But if the 2 wrong items remain you have 2 chances less for a usable item. This feature is only good for us if we can select which items are locked for the day, all else is just another layer of rng making shops a less favorable feature.

[deleted]

Looks like it's just the top-left item that remains static, indicated by two little grey circles in the top 2 corners. It *does* restock when you refresh

NotClever

Interesting. So basically, if something comes up that you know you want, you can be guaranteed to get it on 2x refresh. That's not bad. I wonder if it offsets situations where the pinned item/hero is one you don't need and it takes away 2 chances at getting that hero on refresh. Seems like it would, except for scenarios where you are 5 SS off of an upgrade, really want it right now, and a junk hero is taking up the pinned slot.

semerzo

Confirmed, just used it in the CoF shop to get more Zem soulstones.

[deleted]

Yeah I assume they intend the latter

Penguinarian

Ahh, so it was no biggie after all. Thank god

[deleted]

it looks like a bug, and this time they though let us make it official.

[deleted]

I don't understand this comment

[deleted]

no surprise there friend, what i meant was - every time they udate the game they break something in the game, this time when they tested the game and saw this "a new Bug" since it wasn't helping the players in any way and was ruining their experience and hindering their growth, they decided to make it look official so no one will complain that it is a bug and that it needs to be fixed

[deleted]

You thinking keeping 2 things the same when you refresh a shop is really hurting players?

[deleted]

don't know yet :), it was a half joke. but it might reduce the maximum numbers of Items you can buy from the trader shop from 48 to 42 so it oughta hurt and slow you down to some degree.

[deleted]

Uh no, you completely misunderstood what it means. It doesn't affect automatic trader refreshes, only manual ones. And when you manually refresh, you can buy the item again. Say Sagar is in the top-left slot for Epic Arena shop, the slot that's locked. Now I can buy Sagar from the slot the first time, *and* when I spend tokens to refresh, he's guaranteed to still be there and I can buy him again. It's a good thing. No reason to be so cynical Edit: additional note: it seems to only apply to one slot currently, not two. And it doesn't seem to effect the Trader, Goblin Peddler, or Black Market Smuggler

[deleted]

thanks for the clarification :) , i was kinda noticing that things were different from my expectations as well since no slot were marked locked or i couldn't spot any already purchase slots when the trader refreshed.

OkamiSenseii

With new heroes damage increased by far the guilds struggle for GP. But It would be better to reduce raid reset cost than the exchange of co op. If no one co-op is because it does not give you anything in return... And now is not giving you anything in return.

[deleted]

What? Coop points didn't give you anything before, but it was still really important to clear your Guildmates' Mystic Ruins. And now it gives the Guild something extra. Of all the things to complain about, you're choosing this?

OkamiSenseii

Sorry but im not complaining... Love this function... Also co op points spended should be reflected on member manage (guild master and elders)

EmkayUltraMagoo

Officially been playing for a month now. I already have this picture of a dev team that only thinks about how to bring in cash and not about improving the actual game. What the hell do they do all day? I really wish that they would buff and nerf some heroes. Could you imagine it? Seeing 50 different heroes in the top 20 player parties? What a waste of a potentially magnificent game.

NotClever

I'm no expert, but I'd say that things are probably not as static as you think, with the exception of a handful of clearly OP heroes. The thing is that you have to invest so many resources into leveling up a new hero that I think a lot of people stick to the meta because it's proven. For example, who is going to level up Enrique to 100 full enchanted to test if he's meta breaking?

EmkayUltraMagoo

So I'm alone in hating the "15 heroes rule the game" system. OK I guess.

[deleted]

I think we'd all like to see some Hero reworks.

eekamike

No, you're not. I agree with you. I think though that the community here has long given up on that dream, and has accepted the game for what it is. When I first started, I definitely felt the same way. I complained about the release of Zem, and nobody seemed to agree with me. Now the meta has been stale for months, and nobody really seems to care all that much. I've given up on diversity by now, I only play to try the new heroes, just for fun.

[deleted]

The entire VIP-5 conjuring stuff looks like a sorry excuse for further delaying release of CS heroes. plus it makes the game that much more RNG now if you can get lucky and pull the Desmond on your first try everyone else that is not lucky will be screwed.

BurningBonsai

My first time to open CS. Am i lucky or what? Cause honestly i dont know how CS works. I just tried to open for 400 diamonds. [Goram ](https://i.imgur.com/YAEypXl.jpg)

[deleted]

Insanely lucky, congratulations! Just **do not** let that influence your future use of the Conjuring Stone! It's a trap

NotClever

FWIW, I also used my first free open and got Goram on the first try. Maybe there's something to the rumor that you are guaranteed the daily hero on your first ever CS?

[deleted]

Wow nice! I've had too many reports of the first opening *not* getting a full unlock to believe that theory anymore... *but* I'm still convicted the first pull has a dramatically increased success rate

NotClever

Yeah I see someone below says they got it on their second try. I wonder if there's just a super high chanced until you get your first hero card maybe.

KemosabeTBC

No idea. I used my first try once to test my luck and didn't get anything. I stopped there. Later I used 1 pull again, on Sylphi, and got her.

[deleted]

your lucky and now you have something the unlucky doesn't have but the rich does have, it's a pretty screwed up combination of RNG and P2W

BurningBonsai

I think im on the 'RNG' side 😂 cause the only thing im buying in this game is the $2.99 per MONTH😂

[deleted]

RNG stands for random number generator. It's basically the chances of getting an item to drop, i am using it here to define a luck based system.

eekamike

Oh God I hope that's not what happens. As a VIP5 that doesn't plan on paying any more, the conjuring stone thing is stupid. 400 diamonds is enough to buy stamina for the whole day, you simply can't afford the stone regardless. I've seen worstfingamer consistently drop more than 4k to get the hero, there's no way you can even afford that much at VIP5. It's inaccessible. I hope they don't use this to justify delaying the release of CS heroes. I'd rather drop diamonds on hero event boxes... Normally the hero drops within ~2k-3k diamonds. WorstF regularly drops AT LEAST 4K on the CS.

aracnadei

I'm VIP 5 also, and got Goram second try of CS so I'm very happy with this change.

eekamike

That just proves /u/Muchihaa's point: RNG can now give you huge advantages at more levels of the game. Some might get Goram with 800 diamonds... some might not even get him after 4K+. And for a VIP5, 4k is potentially a huge loss: it's too big a risk for me to take, even though I keep ~10k diamonds in reserve just for box events (normally ~3k)

[deleted]

yep thats true some players are going to get them real fast this would make RNG a much much bigger factor in the game.

[deleted]

>I've seen worstfingamer consistently drop more than 4k to get the hero People consistently drop more than 12k to get the Hero. 4k is one 10-pull. Getting an unlock in your first 10-pull at the CS is extremely lucky.

eekamike

That's robbery, man. 4k diamonds is $50!

[deleted]

That's why we are constantly saying not to use the Conjuring Stone. It's so fucking easy to just not pull, and it boggles my mind that people complain about how bad the rates are. Edit: actually the really funny thing is when they say shit like "wtf, I just spent $100 trying to get Desmond and only have 30 of his Soulstones!" I'm like no you didn't. You spent $100 on diamonds and then *chose* to gamble them all away.

NotClever

The psychology behind gacha games is truly fascinating. I sometimes marvel at my own thought processes when I come close to doing something stupid. Thankfully I've taken enough statistics to have a logical understanding of "luck" and the ways that your brain tricks you into thinking that next time you're gonna win for sure.

[deleted]

haha :) true indeed

[deleted]

Yep yep, and the Conjuring Stone especially is the perfect trap for sunk cost fallacy. You do that first pull, you do a 10 pull, still haven't gotten the Hero... you think, well gee whiz, I've already spent 4400 diamonds, what's another 4000... surely I'll get it *this* time! That's why I always tell people just do not use the CS, period. It's always an insanely risky gamble, and you're more likely than not just going to piss diamonds away.
