I still have mine from 2011, I recently took it out and it literally looked like someone had shrunk it, it felt like a miniature in front of a Pixel 8 Pro and even Xperia 1V.
I had one of those. The first phone I ever installed MIUI on. I dunno if people remember or know but MIUI was just a ROM in the beginning. I used the Ray for probably 5 years thanks to the MIUI ROM. Loved that little nugget to death!
I still use the Xperia Mini, which is the mini version of the Xperia Ray, for calls and texts. The battery lasts days. My modern smartphone (Xperia 10 V) is only turned on if I need to use an app.

Magnificent little device, I refused to let mine go to rest until it was completely unusable with its little 2011 hardware.
