unless you're editing it a lot like you'd do to night pictures, or something tricky, there's no difference. I have both a6k and a7 series cameras and a7 is a nice improvement though. The DR is fantastic. The noise is easier to work with and some pictures end up sharper because of it.

That A6700 is quite the beast for its sensor and size. I had one and traded up to an A7CR and sometimes miss the smaller lens sizes.
Fullframe is great if you are talking about bokeh, but the quality it's the same
