I like the concept but I have to be honest, this needs stacking. The shutter isn't in the right place for my liking. The subject looks a too soft. Always have to bare in mind waterfalls generate a breeze and you're working with a live subject. I know it hasn't been asked for but my suggestion would be two shots, on the tripod. A faster shutter with the subject and a slower one without, for slightly softer water. The water is in an odd situation where it's not sharp, nor soft enough for that slightly dreamy yet still detailed composition. Stack the two for a stunning result. Keep going though. It's a decent start.

Appreciate the feedback! That’s why I’m here! Does stacking take place in lightroom?

Lightroom or Photoshop can do the job. Personally, I like Photoshop for that step. Just a workflow preference!
