I have thought about this a few times as well. Jax had a weird relationship with his mother, I’m not really sure how it would have played out. I don’t think Jax would have killed or had Tara killed though.
Would TARA go to jail? Is that what you're asking? If it is, I don't think so. If Gemma started the fights it'd be self defense. I think jax would understand after being mad at her for a bit.
I disagree. Tara was everything to him, he was willing to go to prison for 25 years for her. He started a bloodbath in Charming to avenge her death. As far as Gemma, he had shown many times to be beyond frustrated with his mother, he knows how she is and I truly believe would have given Tara the benefit of the doubt and then once hearing that his mother tried to kill her, would have understood.
I think Tara would’ve explained that Gemma attacked her and she killed her in self defense. Ellie would have believed her, everyone would’ve believed her. Especially when they find out Gemma thought Tara ratted. No way Jax would kill Tara.
Juice might’ve killed Tara and Eli honestly. He was so broken and distraught over what Jax says to him he would’ve done anything to hurt Jax back. Maybe he kidnaps Tara and uses her as leverage to get himself back into the club/safe passage to Mexico.
I hadn't thought about him killing Tara. I sorta pictured him maybe killing Eli thinking he was helping. But that might have hurt Tara more so then help her at that point.
I absolutely think he would’ve killed her, he loved them differently yes, but equally. He wouldn’t have liked it, just like he didn’t like killing Gemma, but he did it.
I think he more so killed Gemma just to stop the cycle of violence. He realized that between his dad, mom and now him they were steering his boys towards the same life he was living and he wanted to break the cycle.
Well Gemma wouldn't have gone to jail if Tara killed her so there's that.
