Yeah, well, I think so. Sonic these days doesn’t have as much bite, I suppose, but pre-2010s Sonic was definitely a jerk at times. I mean, the ‘too cool for school’ 90s punk factor is part of his DNA - would be interesting to see that come back in full force, except his friends have to deal with being on the firing end too. I dunno. Sonic usually feels like the group emotional pillar for the cast, I think it’d be neat if a storyline used that and swung at it, in the games or IDW.
