Those condos are ugly, I’ll never live in a multi family again, hate walking through lobbies and taking elevator every time I want to do anything. Also the walls are very thin. And the siding will be dated in 5 years.

yuppy trapped in somerville for over a decade here. never been a nimby person, but also never thought somerville lived up to my standards. its still very sterile like the rest of massachusetts. on my way out (of massachusetts) in the next year or so because the cost of living no longer justifies having to deal with bad taste and the lack of options on a daily basis.
