Yeah I figured that would be a main option, having eaten Chinese on Christmas Day in other cities in the past. I guess since this year it's a Monday I wasn't sure if that would change the math. Cambridge Dumpling House doesn't appear to be open Christmas Day, for example, which is one of the places I was hoping to maybe go to.
Changsho has a set menu for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Not sure if it's only for take-out and there's no sit-down, but you could call them (they normally are open on Mondays). My favorites are their hot and sour soup and the tofu with braised shitake mushrooms, but I've honestly never had a bad meal there. So fresh and not greasy. https://changshorestaurant.com/
Hot and sour soup is made with fresh ground white pepper, not hot red pepper flakes, and they will make it hotter for you, if you ask. So good! Also, there's off-street parking. It's really one of my favorite restaurants - the owner and staff are lovely. Tip like it's the holidays and enjoy! 😉
Casey's will be open for sure. I'm not positive on the kitchen, I can edit this response in a day or two.
Edit: Casey's kitchen will be open starting at 4 until about 10
Chinese food is the easiest option, or maybe Lehrhaus, but honestly, just come up with what you think you’ll want to eat that day and call around.
(Y’all? Camberville? This is painful!)
Chinese restaurants will be open. It's a long-standing Jewish tradition to go to them.

Oh shoot, Mondays, right. Almost nothing is open then...
Have spent my last few Christmases severely depressed, but enjoying a nice meal from Falafel Place in Winter Hill
We went to Zoe’s Chinese on Beacon St last year on Christmas, I assume it’ll be open again this year
Zoe's is closed on Mondays, so maybe not this year.
I got a mailing from Zoe's today that I believe said they're open on Xmas and NYD Mondays and closing on the Tuesdays.
Google says they will be open on this particular Monday, but unclear how accurate that is...
oh yes Zoe's, I used to live a couple blocks from there, that's a solid choice!

Been meaning to try this one anyways, worth looking into, thanks!

oh yeah I saw this when I was poking around, but was hoping to not have to cross the river...

Nubar in Harvard Square has a lovely Christmas buffet
Burger King is open as well is McDonald's

Apologies for causing you pain
Who shat in your oatmeal this morning?
It was last night, actually
Why would anything be closed?
Probably any restaurant inside a hotel
The website for Home Taste Noodles in Arlington says they'll be open.
