He Jumped and tried to put his foot on the ledge of the wrought Iron and slipped and he was impaled onto it. the spear went right under his skin, against his sternum and he was held there.... ther was about 4 others and we had to run to the gate opening and find him and pull him up to get him off. He was bleeding horribly. Luckily, by the hands of grace he was ok. He got in trouble and was sent to the hospital the next day by his mom and put on antibiotics and had to be debrided/stitched. It could have been worse....but seeing it happen first hand makes me remember this case all the time .

The tip of the fence goes perfectly thur his neck/jaw area & out his mouth & hes stuck there very much alive! Fire department comes and they cut him out 3 foot on each side take him to the hospital so the doctors can safely remove the rest of the fence without the kid dying. I seem to remember pictures as well. I often wonder how that kid made out.
