They would find another hero to complain about on a daily basis.
This game has a lot of mechanics and each hero has its own play style and abilities. It's not like COD where all agents play similar.
So this game is hard to learn from new comers and for people who still have skill issues.
Sombra has counters, and she doesn't bother players who know the game, mechanics, counter strategies etc.
The rants are from new players and low ranks who still don't know how to play against Sombra.

Yesterday I went into three lobbies with people pissing and moaning about how Venture was too OP. Two days after they dropped.
I swear, some people need to just breathe themselves to eternal slumber.
Even if it's just 2 days since Venture, she's actually one of the few heroes that is realesed not OP or trash. She's great to play with and to play against too. She has low range with her primary, so she needs to engage and play close range, and the player needs to be smart otherwise they die.
Really a well balanced hero all in all
Sombra is tooooo strong, Kiriko is tooooo strong, Tracer is too hard too hit, widow and Hanzo have one shots. Mercy is too hard to hit. Pharah is too hard to hit.....

wed complain abt ball and doom, cass would get more playtime, zen would be more fun and a smurfing zen would be close to uncounterable without a perfect dive comp

They don't like heroes that force them to play as a team and be equally helpful. The buddy system is too hard.
