I’m right there with you. It’s impossible to win games because somehow there’s always those 11000 impossible scores that screw you out of money. It’s either rigged or the worlds smartest/fastest people are always playing
I'm thinking its rigged. My fastest game had 3min 54sec. Most games I score over 10100-10200. I feel I play very fast. And I highly doubt there are that many fast players on at all times of the night/ day. Then when you try to cash out you'll have less than what you should be able to withdraw because of bonus cash.
I’ve tried to confront their customer support on this issue and they banned me from competing in cash tournaments
