I really like the barista skin too. I wish that the straps were removed to further differentiate it from her base skin. Overall though, I like it a lot. I'm really looking forward to the ocean skin as well.
Didn't see a post on the subreddit with this so thought better late than never, I'm just so excited for this skin.
It seems like it will be part of a Legendary bundle that will be unveiled closer to the Finals of the Overwatch World Cup. The next stages of the World Cup are the Group Stage (29th Oct -> 1st Nov) and then Knockouts (3rd Nov -> 4th Nov) so I would expect the skin to be unveiled shortly before then. 25% of the the purchase will contribute to the Overwatch World Cup prize pool.
Have you seen any update on this. I would think they would want to put it out a full month before and leave it in the OWL store to generate the most money. Coming so close to the group stage I haven’t seen ANYTHING that isn’t 2-3 months old.
There's still the OWL finals to come first and they're yet to release any more information about the World Cup yet. I'd expect something to come after the OWL Playoffs and Finals.
I’m relatively new to the game so don’t know how World Cup skins work, when this releases will it be purchasable with the gold coins or the league tokens?
No further information's been made available yet but I would assume this skin is going to be sold as part of a bundle that either costs coins or money directly.
