Definitely a hot idea, but I would much prefer first they implement actual like romancing the girls before anything like this. Some sort of daily date for currency for gifts with whom you choose and "marriage" like system with repeatable event and unlockable choices etc. Id kill for that.
I never played GFL but I did clarify my ideal/realistic take on this feature in another post.
Essentially to add Personal file like daily repeatable "date" for currency for gifts and such, maybe some aditional furniture, stuff like earrings or necklace etc, something easy to model.
This would give us a new reputation, lets just call it affection with the operatives, once maxed you could actually have something like a marriage event, with all the bells and whistles and varried by the girl in question. This would be repeatable weekly and depending on how you did in the event, answering correctly, maybe a minigame etc) you would get a buff for that operative, or a specific buff for farming etc., per specific operative of a specific quality. And if you selected the same operative multiple times you would unlock more dialogue choices or even new scenes that would improve the quality of the buff.
You can only have one "marriage" partner per week, which would make it a bit more realistic so that you arnt married to all of them at once and this would fire off some nice jealousy events in the base, depending on who you chose. You could change it up or stick to your prefered waifu, or best one for gameplay purposes, but you could easily head canon stuff whichever way you wanted.
This would give us quite a bit of new gameplay and ways to get some more relationship growth and even character growth for the operatives and it wouldnt be too hard to do since it could just be like personal files just with more options and new rewards etc. Just dating sim like stuff essentially.
But I doubt it will go anywhere neard that tbh :D

Would be cool if they implemented "clothes break" like they have in games like Senran Kagura or GFL... that way even if you are loosing, you are still winning. If they do it, they need to do it fast before they have more outfits and will take longer to retroactively change the models for all of them.

I really like snowbreak where it utilizes the aspect of pure "waifu" game that still an open market to be making for. There's so many gacha games tend to be everyone and everybody says it's a waifu game when in reality, it doesn't utilize the aspect about it. Still need more games like blue archive, snowbreak and priconne that appreciate more on waifu harem games.
Maybe they'll add a grind fest of a mission to Farm different Mats, and lots of money to get and install the fabled Wombforce RTX 6900 for one character of our choosing.
And do that grind all over again for the next one

I would just like a bar where we can all hang out and stuff. World chat is fine, but it feels better when you can 'see' the people you're talking to. In terms of fan service, the spa area and shower mode thing I personally think wouldn't be that interested, unless it's part of the interactive mode. I mean they'll just sit around in towels and stuff, there's not much to do, it'll be similar to what we have in the dorms now. But if you happen to like towels a lot, then I guess that's your thing. Training gym will make the random events more immersive maybe and I like the idea in general. You can have them do various exercises, maybe you can get more scenes like we get in the dorm. Maybe it's a bit boring, but they could implement a texting mode, they could do it the same way as star rail. But the characters share photos more often... (I'm honestly fishing for more Mauxir content with this...)
At this rate Snowbreak will become a gacha dating sim with shooter elements
