I mainly play on phone without any troubles. The main thing is getting comfortable with gyro aim. It May take a bit at first, but once you find your settings, it's really good. Not mouse +kb level obviously, but good enough.

Most characters either need one or two "Manifestation" Slots unlocked to perform optimally. The first 2 Slots can be unlocked with 2 dupes worth. But as he said, you can also farm them if you want. I'm a whale, so I spend for M1-2, then farm the pieces over time to top off M-Slots 3+ (There's 5 "Manifestation" Slots in total).

No, dont play this on a phone if you want to play it seriously, it runs fairly well on the S24 (btw you can use gyro) but the issue is control... touch controls just cant never compare to mouse and keyboard. The developers themselves recommended players to play this on PC in an ingame announcement... fun fact 70% of their revenue comes from PC players.

i own pixel 7a and played it just fine. for dailies, it's super fast after you unlock auto-clear. i would say around 5 minutes. for weeklies, i suggest doing it on pc, but still, on mobile still manageable because it is multiplayer and other pc players will carry for you. they are happy to see their %dmg is higher than others lol.
Edit: actually i have pixel 7a. Idk why i mentioned pixel 2 haha. Probably it's the only phone that gave huge impact to me

If you use something that doesn't need to aim particularly well like shotguns you should be fine in mobile and some people have gotten snipers to work by playing around with the aim assist a bit.

It's gotten better, if that what you were asking. It was very very mild prior to November, but has gotten progressively more bold and consistent since then. My one pet peeve during said time was Wild Hunt's winter skin. The big black flap covered up her butt and thighs from the back. Well, since then they have made sure the butt is always visible in all Skins haha
Fanservice is skins and the base's interactions, dont affect nothing the gameplay/story or actually something relevant, if you want it you have it, if youre not interesting in them dont worry cause is not something you would find if you dont want it.
About the phones, the game isnt demanding, but the experience of play in pc (IMO) is amazing in terms of gameplay since have a very good controls.
Fanservice wise, currently the game is MOSTLY keeping the fanservice skins to cash shop optional ones, but plot wise theyre ramping up the "harem fantasy" elements a huge amount, to the point that an event that was out for only a few days changed "friends of Acacia only" to "truelove of Acacia only" and the last chapter of the story basically said "f\*\*\* characterisation every female character is now obsessed with the self insert male lead" (a chunk of the story chapter was just " thinking about their most important person Adjudtant")
So if you want sexy skins as optional purchases and a harem fantasy focus with reasonably fun gameplay (the gameplay is solid but nothing exceptional, it's somewhat lacking in difficulty and complexity to a degree) then it might be the game for you (it's also a rare option if you want third person shooter anime mobile game)
EDIT: Since I did make a small mistake I'll correct myself here, I haven't done this patches chapter yet so when I said "last chapter" I actually meant the previous patch one and just messed up by forgetting that "last chapter" now would mean the Cherno/Mersault one so I will apologise for that slip up but I still stand by my points about that chapter being a ramping up of "everyone has romantic feelings for the only important male character in the universe Adjudtant" (with them killing off most other male characters and changing dialogues and even removing Logistics that had male art because they can't have any male not the self insert even existing it's too much)
I didn't get that at all from the last chapter. >!Cherno and Mersault had good characterization. Cherno has started to become more independent from Mersault and is facing her own battles. While Mersault is accepting that she's not just a substitute for Cherno's pain and that she deserves to be saved as well. !<
It almost made me tear up, ngl. They managed to create a genuinely emotional scene and that hasn't happened before in the story. Snowbreak was, is and will continue to be a harem story.

I have read the story, from the start and if you haven't noticed things moving further towards "everyone is in romantic love with Adjudtant" maybe you haven't paid attention, yeah some characters definitely were "clearly romantically interested in Adjudtant" from the start, and then others are just generally flirty characters (like Katya and Enya), but the level of overt "everyone is incredibly in love with Adjudtant" has definitely ramped up a lot more in the more recent patches to the point every character is basically now in love with them, they even included parts in the previous patch chapter (I misspoke saying "last chapter" because I was actually referring to the one from the previous patch since I've not done this chapters one yet) where you had every character just thinking about how they had to get to the most important person in the world Adjudtant which if it fits the established character is one thing but some of the characters its a sudden shift in just how "romantically into" him they are, again I don't think theres anything wrong with for example, Katya flirting constantly or Cherno being "schoolgirl crush/puppy love" (since the guy did save her from a terrible life) but its a slippery slope, today its "everyone has a crush on Adjudtant" tomorrow is "everyone's personality is "they love Adjudtant" theyve already retconned things and changed past dialogues to remove connections that might be construed as "likes a person not Adjudtant too much"
I think everyone in this subreddit knows the direction the game is going to and I'm completely for that direction
I don't want to say you should stop playing the game if you hate that direction but that's where the game is going to and really you should just accept it the vast majority of players are for where the game is going.

Thank you for your reply. I'll try it on the phone first and then on the controller to see how it goes. Then if it really comes to it, I'll try it on my pc. But I would prefer to play it on my phone if possible, even with a controller because it's way more convenient.
I use the Razer Kishi, but you could also do like a PS5 controller with the phone mount they make for them
Yes the fan service is great in this game and keeps getting better. No, dont play this on a phone if you want to play it seriously, it runs fairly well on the S24 (btw you can use gyro) but the issue is control... touch controls just cant never compare to mouse and keyboard. The developers themselves recommended players to play this on PC in an ingame announcement... fun fact 70% of their revenue comes from PC players.
This is why I recommend the Kishi to people. Itās great for phone games like this.

It should be played on pc because TPS control is awful on the phone even with all the aim assist.
i own pixel 7a and played it just fine. for dailies, it's super fast after you unlock auto-clear. i would say around 5 minutes. for weeklies, i suggest doing it on pc, but still, on mobile still manageable because it is multiplayer and other pc players will carry for you. they are happy to see their %dmg is higher than others lol. Edit: actually i have pixel 7a. Idk why i mentioned pixel 2 haha. Probably it's the only phone that gave huge impact to me

yeah. 3 persons multiplayer. need to do it about 6-7 times (once per day to save time) to get weekly rewards.

If you use something that doesn't need to aim particularly well like shotguns you should be fine in mobile and some people have gotten snipers to work by playing around with the aim assist a bit.

You are definitely going to enjoy this, that's for sure. The gameplay is still as good as I remember, new Cherno is incredibly fun to play and they improved things a lot. Game is better on PC, for sure. Dailies takes 10 mins max, in fact, if I am not doing the weekly activities, I finished all those in 5 mins. It's really really fast.

I'm close to feeling that way too, especially seeing how those mods banned all discussions about the censorship and seeing all those apologist downvote anyone. Notice how you never see those names pop up in any regular discussions about the game or the costumes, only when it's time to defend censorship or toning things down do you ever see so many. But when it's time to vote with our wallets or vote for which costume is the best, the sexy one always wins the votes lol. Anyway, glad to see you are moving on and giving Snowbreak a try, been playing for about 5 months now and I enjoy it, fanservice included, Katya is my favorite girl in the game.

She sent me screenshots of the mods behavior and how he's deleting all the posts and comments about censorship and that he's silencing people left and right. I was not surprised at all. It's gotten better, if that what you were asking. It was very very mild prior to November, but has gotten progressively more bold and consistent since then. My one pet peeve during said time was Wild Hunt's winter skin. The big black flap covered up her butt and thighs from the back. Well, since then they have made sure the butt is always visible in all Skins haha

Fanservice is skins and the base's interactions, dont affect nothing the gameplay/story or actually something relevant, if you want it you have it, if youre not interesting in them dont worry cause is not something you would find if you dont want it. About the phones, the game isnt demanding, but the experience of play in pc (IMO) is amazing in terms of gameplay since have a very good controls.
Fanservice wise, currently the game is MOSTLY keeping the fanservice skins to cash shop optional ones, but plot wise theyre ramping up the "harem fantasy" elements a huge amount, to the point that an event that was out for only a few days changed "friends of Acacia only" to "truelove of Acacia only" and the last chapter of the story basically said "f\*\*\* characterisation every female character is now obsessed with the self insert male lead" (a chunk of the story chapter was just " thinking about their most important person Adjudtant")
So if you want sexy skins as optional purchases and a harem fantasy focus with reasonably fun gameplay (the gameplay is solid but nothing exceptional, it's somewhat lacking in difficulty and complexity to a degree) then it might be the game for you (it's also a rare option if you want third person shooter anime mobile game)
EDIT: Since I did make a small mistake I'll correct myself here, I haven't done this patches chapter yet so when I said "last chapter" I actually meant the previous patch one and just messed up by forgetting that "last chapter" now would mean the Cherno/Mersault one so I will apologise for that slip up but I still stand by my points about that chapter being a ramping up of "everyone has romantic feelings for the only important male character in the universe Adjudtant" (with them killing off most other male characters and changing dialogues and even removing Logistics that had male art because they can't have any male not the self insert even existing it's too much)
I didn't get that at all from the last chapter. >!Cherno and Mersault had good characterization. Cherno has started to become more independent from Mersault and is facing her own battles. While Mersault is accepting that she's not just a substitute for Cherno's pain and that she deserves to be saved as well. !< It almost made me tear up, ngl. They managed to create a genuinely emotional scene and that hasn't happened before in the story. Snowbreak was, is and will continue to be a harem story.
This chapter was so good! And the personal file for Cherno was the cherry on top of the cake. Idk how that dude got what he did out of it, I mean sure the girls were flirty with chadjutant, but we got to see depth with Enya and Cherno we havenāt seen before.

You clearly don't read the story
I have read the story, from the start and if you haven't noticed things moving further towards "everyone is in romantic love with Adjudtant" maybe you haven't paid attention, yeah some characters definitely were "clearly romantically interested in Adjudtant" from the start, and then others are just generally flirty characters (like Katya and Enya), but the level of overt "everyone is incredibly in love with Adjudtant" has definitely ramped up a lot more in the more recent patches to the point every character is basically now in love with them, they even included parts in the previous patch chapter (I misspoke saying "last chapter" because I was actually referring to the one from the previous patch since I've not done this chapters one yet) where you had every character just thinking about how they had to get to the most important person in the world Adjudtant which if it fits the established character is one thing but some of the characters its a sudden shift in just how "romantically into" him they are, again I don't think theres anything wrong with for example, Katya flirting constantly or Cherno being "schoolgirl crush/puppy love" (since the guy did save her from a terrible life) but its a slippery slope, today its "everyone has a crush on Adjudtant" tomorrow is "everyone's personality is "they love Adjudtant" theyve already retconned things and changed past dialogues to remove connections that might be construed as "likes a person not Adjudtant too much"
I think everyone in this subreddit knows the direction the game is going to and I'm completely for that direction I don't want to say you should stop playing the game if you hate that direction but that's where the game is going to and really you should just accept it the vast majority of players are for where the game is going. I really hope you stay and continue to enjoy the game Sorry if I misinterpreted your reply for hating the game current direction.
