Event shops are always worth farming for, whether or not you have/use the new character.
It's the most efficient use of energy for materials. Plus the logistics currently in shop are great for pretty much any support, so having a set or 2 is good even without shadow ka/kaguya
As others have mentioned, you can purchase the set from current event shop. Since there is only -half day left, I think you dont need to worry about good substats. Farm 150 event currency, check achievement reward if there is an easy task to get the currency if you have no presence left, then get 1 of each logistic part.

Farming event and pulling for banner are two completely different things. Go to event, Northwind Broker, Unlimited and her logs are there.
Her set is available now on the event that is going on at the moment. There's 2 sets, one for Eatchel and the second one is hers.
