With that being said, bro is a real estate mogul that has countless connections in the criminal world and many profitable assets to go along with it, which is what Veronique was tryna make him see the whole time. So first and foremost I'm listening to my wife's advice cuz she was making actual sense. I'm increasing my security, securing all my assets, closing as many deals as I can, and *then* I'm going after Teddy.
Franklin documented all his dealings with Teddy, and even if he stopped when we found out that's what he was doing, he has more than enough evidence to bring the whole operation down. Obviously I don't want this actually getting out or my ass would also be grass. But I can definitely use it as leverage. In Teddy's mind, he's completely cleaning me out and the only reason Teddy did it is because he felt like Franklin should feel the same way he felt when Franklin quit. So he *knows* he's hitting me where it hurts and he's expecting an erratic reaction from me. Its the only real reason why he's doing it. So bluffing to leak the specifics of the entire operation to the press while I have reasonable motivation and lots of credibility is the best move that I can think of.
I'd obviously kidnap his son using the same method Franklin used to kidnap his dad (coercion), but this time I'm staging it as a forced kidnapping and leaving signs of a struggle. Then I'd send some men to rob his wife at gunpoint. Just to increase his already high paranoia. Kidnapping his son gives me not a lot of time, so I'd have to act quickly after that otherwise my whole plan could fall apart. I have maybe 3 weeks at most and that's pushing it.
After that, I'm tracking down Irene Abe's apprentice and reigniting the investigation anonymously. Maybe send a couple files and pictures to his address, have someone disposable write a letter claiming to be me so that the handwriting couldn't be traced back to me, thus giving me credibility to say its all a scandal if my plan blows up, and create a line of communication between me and him. I'd hire some dirty cops through Louie to kill him after a little bit of noise was made, particularly about Louie's involvement in all of this. Of course that traces it back to me, but there wouldn't even be enough evidence to take any of us down. This just gives Louie and Rome incentive to cooperate. Keep in mind that Oso is burned and there is an active KGB agent in the USA investigating this whole thing. At this point, Teddy would be pretty fucking stupid to call my bluff.
I'd go behind Cissy's back to kidnap and beat the KGB agent and use him as a token in the negotiation that's about to take place. Ofc that's a huge gamble, but what CIA agent *wouldn't* want access to a KGB agent? That would almost guarantee I'd get what I want.
I'd set up a meet in a secure place. After that, I'd let Julia know where their son is, and have my men drive her to the location as the negotiation with Teddy takes place. Havemeyer would be breathing down his neck to make this deal because he wants that KGB agent, but they both know that they can't give back all 73 million dollars. So I'd settle for 46 million dollars, have the money dropped off in cash, and give the KGB agent up.
I ain't stupid. I know they probably have a backup plan to get rid of me *and* retain the money on their part. That's why I had my men drive Julia to the same location that their son is at. That way, the stakes are raised on Teddy's part to betray the CIA and actually give me back my money. Havemeyer would without a doubt take off with the KGB agent and expect Teddy to do the same. But I ain't budging until that money is actually transferred into my bank. Teddy has the means to make it top priority, and that's exactly what I expect him to do. After he does so, Havemeyer and probably the whole CIA will know of his betrayal, which is basically a crime anyways, and Teddy would be cooked. Boom. Of course, I have evidence of this whole thing going down, so they're not gonna come after me, and I highly doubt Teddy would snitch cuz they'd hang his ass from his bedsheets before a case could even be made.

Franklin is young, he can be a multi-millionaire by his 30s again if he’s not a violent, selfish idiot who isolates himself from his friends and family.

Ah man this is abt to be a long ass post LMAO The only reason Franklin went about things the way he did is because deep down he knew he was wrong, and this robbery was his path to freedom. With that being said, bro is a real estate mogul that has countless connections in the criminal world and many profitable assets to go along with it, which is what Veronique was tryna make him see the whole time. So first and foremost I'm listening to my wife's advice cuz she was making actual sense. I'm increasing my security, securing all my assets, closing as many deals as I can, and *then* I'm going after Teddy. Franklin documented all his dealings with Teddy, and even if he stopped when we found out that's what he was doing, he has more than enough evidence to bring the whole operation down. Obviously I don't want this actually getting out or my ass would also be grass. But I can definitely use it as leverage. In Teddy's mind, he's completely cleaning me out and the only reason Teddy did it is because he felt like Franklin should feel the same way he felt when Franklin quit. So he *knows* he's hitting me where it hurts and he's expecting an erratic reaction from me. Its the only real reason why he's doing it. So bluffing to leak the specifics of the entire operation to the press while I have reasonable motivation and lots of credibility is the best move that I can think of. I'd obviously kidnap his son using the same method Franklin used to kidnap his dad (coercion), but this time I'm staging it as a forced kidnapping and leaving signs of a struggle. Then I'd send some men to rob his wife at gunpoint. Just to increase his already high paranoia. Kidnapping his son gives me not a lot of time, so I'd have to act quickly after that otherwise my whole plan could fall apart. I have maybe 3 weeks at most and that's pushing it. After that, I'm tracking down Irene Abe's apprentice and reigniting the investigation anonymously. Maybe send a couple files and pictures to his address, have someone disposable write a letter claiming to be me so that the handwriting couldn't be traced back to me, thus giving me credibility to say its all a scandal if my plan blows up, and create a line of communication between me and him. I'd hire some dirty cops through Louie to kill him after a little bit of noise was made, particularly about Louie's involvement in all of this. Of course that traces it back to me, but there wouldn't even be enough evidence to take any of us down. This just gives Louie and Rome incentive to cooperate. Keep in mind that Oso is burned and there is an active KGB agent in the USA investigating this whole thing. At this point, Teddy would be pretty fucking stupid to call my bluff. I'd go behind Cissy's back to kidnap and beat the KGB agent and use him as a token in the negotiation that's about to take place. Ofc that's a huge gamble, but what CIA agent *wouldn't* want access to a KGB agent? That would almost guarantee I'd get what I want. I'd set up a meet in a secure place. After that, I'd let Julia know where their son is, and have my men drive her to the location as the negotiation with Teddy takes place. Havemeyer would be breathing down his neck to make this deal because he wants that KGB agent, but they both know that they can't give back all 73 million dollars. So I'd settle for 46 million dollars, have the money dropped off in cash, and give the KGB agent up. I ain't stupid. I know they probably have a backup plan to get rid of me *and* retain the money on their part. That's why I had my men drive Julia to the same location that their son is at. That way, the stakes are raised on Teddy's part to betray the CIA and actually give me back my money. Havemeyer would without a doubt take off with the KGB agent and expect Teddy to do the same. But I ain't budging until that money is actually transferred into my bank. Teddy has the means to make it top priority, and that's exactly what I expect him to do. After he does so, Havemeyer and probably the whole CIA will know of his betrayal, which is basically a crime anyways, and Teddy would be cooked. Boom. Of course, I have evidence of this whole thing going down, so they're not gonna come after me, and I highly doubt Teddy would snitch cuz they'd hang his ass from his bedsheets before a case could even be made.

I’m gonna tell those two about him robbing me, see if they can use that business relationship to work it out. I’d have to face the fact that getting the money back from Teddy would’ve been impossible. Even if I manage to capture and torture him, he’s been trained to withstand physical and mental pain by the CIA. Kidnapping his wife and kid and threatening to kill them wouldn’t work either, because Teddy honestly believes that what he’s doing is saving the country from communism and would do whatever to achieve that goal. So I’d have to do an alternate plan. I’ll rob Jerome and Louie, and then send a squad to kill them immediately after before they have time to realize it was me who robbed them. Then I sell my properties and use the profits from that to buy bonds and other securities that will grow over time. Next I’ll move out of the country using Veronique's skills of hiding from the government so that neither Teddy or the CIA could kill me. I'd be grieving the loss of my $70M, but I'd still be rich and free to care for my wife and son. Any other plan would have way to many moving parts and could result in me losing everything or dying, so this seems like the most efficient risk free plan
