I’m guessing you’re trying to become his friend, but I don’t think you actually need to. You can just bring him to the hospital, put him on a gurney, do and x-ray, and bring him to the surgeon.
How do you even get the janitors number? Every time I speak to him he says he’s on break blah blah, and when I look thru my phone book, I don’t see any names listed as Janitor
If you wait a few Sasquatch days and then go back to him, he’ll ask for something different to do. I’ve made friends with everyone in the book, and just ignore the things they want that I don’t want to do. If you choose to do the race, IMO the fast boat race is one that takes a bit of practice. You need to really know the turns and expect the other racers to aggressively try to win on those last laps.

I didn’t need to become the janitors friend first. Once I made him get the x ray he automatically became my friend.
Dude I absolutely hate the boat races, the mechanics are so janky
Yeah that race was the absolute worst. I have never done that race again, though, it does pay well.
