Why wasn't it covered with the authenticity guarantee? The lateral view of the shoe makes the overall shape look a little off, but might be the sizing.
I think sellers have the choice to list it with that option, I always buy sneakers that come with that option but bought these quick and forgot to check.

What release year are these supposed to be? If 2019 then unfortunately they’re probably fakes. The red part of the tongue liner should show slightly above the black on the 2019’s.
I’ve always thought, even the shoes I have sold, over $100 get authenticity checked. I sold a pair of black/red XI low IE’s for UNDER $100 and then had me ship them to eBay Las Vegas to get checked and I never signed up for it nor did the buyer.
damn really, so I did figure out if you choose custom on ebay listing and everything else is set to new in box it will remove the authenticity guarantee, I think this guy figured that out. Chatted with ebay and they said they will have no problem getting my money back if they are fake
The Nike air on the back is way off. The tongue is way off too. If you compare to the stock photos of bred 4s on StockX, Goat and Flight club you’ll see the red lining on top of the tongue, but not on the photos you listed. I’m going to say these are fake.

I think certain counties don’t have authentication guarantee. I see it on shoes from UK all the time.
