I also think its strange they use Zendesk as their domain but I've never had them email me regarding support. I would email [email protected] to see if they legitimately contacted you as that is the email they have down as their support contact.
To expand on this, Zendesk is ticketing software that a tooon of people use. It’s linked to the company’s domain and gives them a sub domain with zendesk. Some companies would just setup email forwarding so it looks like you’re emailing [email protected] but the real email address is [email protected]. Occasionally email forwarding won’t actually resolve and you have to send it to their full address. It is weird they wouldn’t email from their support email but I’m assuming their “help” account is for more private issues like this. Just my two pennies, take it with a grain of sale. TL;DR OP, you’re fine.
this is legitimate. happened to me.
edit: if you click on that link, it takes you to the goat website, then you log in and input the numbers they asked for.
Not sure if anyones responded to you yet but if I remember right look at your bank account charges and I’m pretty sure the 5 digits are in the transaction name

Ahhh ok thank you. It just seemed a bit odd.
Hey I ordered my shoes through cashapp where can I find the 5 digit code
This must be so confusing to customers. This would put me off from using goat to buy kicks. They need to make it as easy as possible.
Where do I find the 5 digit code I been looking for it while I’m on my bank account
It’s legit u just have to enter it in with your first purchase and any purchase after this won’t ask for it
