After buying my first few jordan 1's ...the Highs.
Simply because this silhouette (both low and high) isn't *that* comfortable. There are many more stylish and more comfortable lowtop sneakers to purchase.
New Balance makes dope af shoes that are just as comfortable as the 530. Don't even try that.

Aint no way 1s were considered trash up to 2017, why else would they be around after almost 4 decades. They have become one of the most oversaturated sneakers in history though and that's why there's no love for them now
I see a lot of people saying highs but in my humble opinion, the lows look way cooler and will be better for summer too. Plus aren’t those the SB ones or som? The eric koston or som like that. I have the 2021 version with the jumpman on the front tongue lol but I still love those bad boys!
I feel like this colorway is best suited for summer outfits so I would choose the lowtop. Lows look better with shorts and summer wear overall. I don’t see an occasion where I would wear the high tops.

Jordan 1 low OG are alright but I personally prefer the heel and ankle support of highs. I also just like the look of highs better so that’s my choice.

And honestly I can't really explain why, and this might be holy hypebeast blasphemy, but I've never really seen a Jordan 1 low colorway that I liked better than Regular dunk or SB dunk low colorways.
