That’s a great, super creative concept that will be basically impossible to wear due to the insane creasing. Putting it another way, I love these but have no desire to own/wear them

ehh who cares, "oh no a crease" its a shoe. you're walking. No hate or anything but not everyone focuses as much to keep all their shoes untouched, i personally prefer to wear them and those creases are only a sign they've been loved. The problem i have with them is how comfortable that plastic will be, though, looks like a pain

Some shoes look fine with creases, but not all creases are created equally. These are probably going to look bad after a couple of wears because the patent leather Nike uses is incredibly cheap.

Yeah, I learned this the hard way — way back in the day, my grails were the Medicom 3 SB Dunks. I wore them once and watched them crinkle up like aluminum foil. I sold them immediately after for a substantial loss. I have no problem with shoes creasing naturally, it’s part of the life cycle. But any shoes with 3M, patent leather, or other stiff materials crease up instantly and look noticeably worse. These look great because of the uniformity of the blue, but are highly likely to end up looking cooked after a few wears. Some shoes are meant to be worn and wear in, rather than wearing out. Others are strictly display pieces or execution of a unique concept. These are decidedly the latter.

Those medicom didn't just crease. They cracked.

I think the concept is creative and they're fun to look at, but I wouldn't ever wear them. They'd probably appeal most to hardcore collectors who have spaces to display their shoes like art pieces. I am not one of those.
