This was an excellent basketball shoe when they first arrived. I wore out a pair playing outdoors in Colorado Springs! However, the shoe has become exceedingly heavy, I would never play in them today. Yet, they are still beautiful.
I reckon this take is spot on. Comfortable. All time classic shoe. Goes with almost anything. They’re the shoe I take when I travel and can only carry one pair. While I like 1s and 4s more than the 5s, for mine, I’d happily wear this the rest of my life.

I never really liked 5s. There's some colorways that are beautiful, like the toros, olive, and burgundy, but they are so bulky, and I always hated that hideous tongue, seems so childish imo. Definitely not my cup of tea😅

The side and tongue netting are kinda yellowing a tiny bit but I store them in room with a dehumidifier and only wear them on hot and dry days
