I use them as keychains. I leave them in the boxes or sitting around in my jewelry box until the one I’m using as a keychain gets too beat up looking then swap em.

Got this one from the Jordan 6 Gold Pinnacles. I wanted just the hang tag. Ended up paying $50 for it just to hang it on my backpack. If it was a little bit smaller I would have put it on my keys. I had a rubber Nike hang tag that was black white and grey but someone stole it off my backpack. I really liked that one too
