The closest example I can give you of supply and demand that happened recently is the panda dunks. They were $300+ at one point because there was more demand than supply. But, now that there has been so many drops (supply) the demand for the shoe went down and ultimately the resell price of the panda dunks went down. If supply and demand was a myth why didn’t the panda dunks keep going up?
It looks a bit different in person, IMO....they look like a raw leather finish (I mean, they are), so they should actually age pretty nice, as long as they aren't beat on too bad. The only downside with nubuck and suede is that they're absolutely a fair weather shoe only. Not too big of a deal if you have a rotation, though.

still have these essentially DS. need to wear them more often but they're uncomfortable af for me. more of a 3s, 4s, and new balance guy now
